المستخلص: شهدت الآونة الأخيرة الاهتمام بالبرامج التدريبية، لما للتدريب من أهمية كبرى فهو يكسب المتدربين معارف ومهارات جديدة ويغير اتجاهاتهم بشكل إيجابي، ويساعد التدريب في تأهيل الطالبات والخريجين لسوق العمل ومواجهة الحياة العملية، ولقد احتل التدريب موقعاً أساسياً ومحورياً في المؤسسات والمنظمات الحديثة وخاصة التربية منها، مما دعا الباحثتان لإعداد برنامج تدريبي لتوليف خامة الجلد الصناعي لما له من مميزات منها رخص الثمن وتعدد أنواعه وألوانه ومتانته وسهولة تشكيله مع خيوط الكروشيه وهما خامات متوفرة ورخيصة تصلح نواة لمنتجات بأسعار مناسبة وإضفاء الطابع الإسلامي للمفروشات لإثرائها من الناحية الجمالية والتراثية من خلال مادة المشروع في الفرقة الرابعة لكلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنيا، وذلك لإعداد طالبات الفرقة الرابعة وتأهيلهن لمواجهة الحياة العملية بعد التخرج ومواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل. يهدف البحث لبناء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات الطالبات في توليف خامة الجلد الصناعي مع الكروشيه لإثراء المفروشات المنزلية، وبيان فاعليته. وترجع أهمية البحث إلى أن البرنامج التدريبي يؤهل طالبات الفرقة الرابعة من خلال مادة المشروع لمواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل. وقد استخدمت الباحثتان في تطبيق البحث عدة أدوات (الاختبار التحصيلي – الاختبار المهاري – مقياس تقدير – استبانة آراء الطالبات) وتم تحكيم الأدوات من قبل المتخصصين. أسفرت النتائج عن ما يلي: 1- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للبرنامج التدريبي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 3- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الآداء المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 4- آراء الطالبات إيجابية نحو البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات توليف خامة الجلد الصناعي مع الكروشيه لإثراء المفروشات المنزلية. مما يدل على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي وتكوين آراء إيجابية نحوه.

Recently, there has been interest in training programs, because training is of great importance, as it gains trainees new knowledge and skills and changes their directions in a positive way, and training helps to qualify students and graduates for the labor market and face the working life. The two researchers to prepare a training program to synthesize the synthetic leather material because of its advantages, including the cheapness of the price, the multiplicity of its types, its durability, the ease of forming it with crochet threads, which are available and cheap raw materials that are suitable for the nucleus of products at reasonable prices. Minia University, in order to prepare fourth year students to qualify them to face working life after graduation and the requirements of the labor market The research aims to build a training program in developing some of the skill of synthesizing faux leather materials with crochet to enrich home furnishings, and to demonstrate its effectiveness. The importance of the research is due to the fact that the training program qualifies students of the fourth year, through the project material, to meet the requirements of the labor market. The two researchers used in applying the research several tools (achievement test - skill test - assessment scale - students ’opinions questionnaire) and the tools were judged by specialists, and the results resulted in the following:- 1- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post application of the training program in favor of the post application. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post application of the achievement test in favor of the post application. 3- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post application of the skill performance test in favor of the post application. 4- The students' opinions are positive about the training program to develop the skills of synthesizing artificial leather material with crochet to enrich home furnishings. Which indicates the effectiveness of the training program and the formation of positive opinions towards it.
