المستخلص: أصبحت الجودة الشاملة والمستدامة في الآونة الأخيرة معيارا هاما ضمن معايير إنتاج متميز في جميع القطاعات مثل قطاع التعليم والصحة والصناعة ...... الخ وغيرها من جميع قطاعات المجتمع – فبزيادة الاهتمام بالجودة يقيم المنتج أيا كان طبيعة المنتج. وصناعة الغزل والنسيج من أقدم الصناعات على الإطلاق وهى تعتبر ركيزة هامة في الاقتصاد المصري – ولابد من الاهتمام بها وتجويد كل عنصر من عناصر نجاحها وإرجاعها إلى عصرها الذهبي بما يتوافق مع المنتجات الحديثة المناسبة لكل الأسواق العالمية – فلابد من الاهتمام بجودة التدريب للعمال بهذه الصناعة – كما ولابد الاهتمام بجودة الماكينات – وفى هذا البحث سوف نلقى الضوء على ضرورة الاهتمام بالجودة في الخامات – وبالذات خلط الخامات المختلفة – مثل خامة القطن مع الصوف – للحصول على غزول أو منتجات منسيجية ذات قيمة جمالية عالية وذات جودة تنافس المنتجات المشابه بالأسواق العالمية – هذا سوف يعمل على زيادة النمو الاقتصادي وزيادة الدخل للدولة من العملة الأجنبية – كما سوف يؤدى أيضا إلى زيادة دخل العاملين بهذه الصناعة والتي سوف يحدث رواج اقتصاديا نتيجة ارتفاع شأن فئة من فئات المجتمع فيؤدى إلى ارتفاع في الشأن الاقتصادي لباقي فئات المجتمع – حيث أننا نجد عدد كبير من المهن المختلفة ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بهذه الصناعة الكبرى مما يؤدى إلى زيادة الدخل لعدد من فئات المجتمع وبالتالي لهم احتياجات مختلفة لدى فئات أخرى فيحدث الرواج الاقتصادي الذى يؤدى إلي النمو وزيادة الدخل لدى المواطن . مشكلة البحث: تتلخص مشكلة البحث في الوصول إلى جودة شاملة ومستدامة في خلطات الخامات المختلفة خاصة عوادم القطن مع عوادم الصوف في إعادة التدوير للحصول على خامة لها العديد من المواصفات والمميزات المختلفة والتي تنتج عن الجمع بين خواص القطن ومميزاته والصوف وخواصه ومميزاته – للوصول بهذه الخامة إلى قدرة تنافسية في السوق المحلى والسوق العالمي.
أهداف البحث: يتلخص هدف البحث في النقاط التالية: الحصول على خامة ذات مواصفات وخواص جديدة ناتجة عن الخلط بين خامتين طبيعيتين وهما القطن والصوف. الحصول على منتج جديد يكون قادرا على المنافسة في الأسواق المحلية والعالمية. ترسيخ فكر ومعايير الجودة بالمنشآت الصناعية. حث العاملين بقطاع الغزل والنسيج على أهمية الجودة وزيادتها في الأداء أثناء العمل والتشغيل. زيادة النمو الاقتصادي نتيجة لرواج المنتج المميز والمطبق عليه معايير الجودة وزيادة الإقبال عليه من المستهلك نتيجة الخامات الطبيعية التي تلاقى استحسان وقبول لدى المستهلك. فروض البحث: إدارة نظام الجودة -الأعمال الحديثة -إدارة تخطيط الجودة وتنظيمها -دمج الإجراءات جودة المنتج وعملية التقييم والتحكم وضمان الثقة في المواصفات في ضوابط المراجعة النهائية للعملية ضمان جودة معدات القياس -الدقة ... أدوات المعايرة – الأدوات. اختيار أفضل المواصفات اللازمة لخلط الشعيرات الطبيعية طبقا للاستخدام النهائي ورغم ذلك فإنه من المتوقع عند التطبيق العلمي لبعض هذه الخلطات أن ينتج عنها بعض المشاكل. النتائج للبحث: تتلخص نتائج البحث في النقاط الآتية: 1-الالتزام بمعايير الجودة تعمل على تحسين المنتج إذا ما كان مخلوط بخامات مختلفة أو منتج من خامة واحدة. 2-ثبت الدور الهام جدا لإدارة الجودة الشاملة في إدارة المنتج والقائمين عليه. 3-الدور الهام الذي تلعبه إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحديد الاستراتيجيات والمواصفات الخاصة بالمنشأة والمنتج والتسويق. 4-تفعيل الجودة يعمل على إنتاج متميز يستطيع المنافسة في السوق المحلى والأسواق العالمية – مما يزيد من الأرباح المادية والتي تعمل على تنمية الاقتصاد والذي يرجع بفائدة على دخل المواطن. 5-الالتزام بالجودة يعمل على تحسين المنتج وتقليل نسبة العوادم مما يؤثر تأثيرا إيجابيا على المنتج فلا يكون هناك فاقد في الكهرباء والوقت والخامات ولا يكون أيضا هناك فرص لفقد الأموال من رأس العمال المستخدم في المشروعات.


Comprehensive and sustainable quality has recently become an important standard within outstanding production standards in all sectors such as education, health, industry, and other sectors of society. With increased attention to quality, the product evaluates whatever its nature. The textile industry is one of the oldest industries ever. It is considered an important pillar in the Egyptian economy. It must be focused and improve each element of its success and lead it back to its golden age in line with modern products suitable for all international markets. Therefore, attention must be paid to the quality of training for workers in this industry, and the quality of machines must be paid attention as well. In this research, we will highlight the need to pay attention to quality in materials, especially mixing different materials, such as cotton with wool, to obtain yarn or textile products of high aesthetic value and quality that compete with similar products in the world markets. This will increase economic growth and income to the state from foreign exchange. It will also lead to an increase in the income of workers in this industry, which will result in economic growth as a result of the rise in the status of a category of society and thus will lead to a rise in the economic status of the rest of the society as we find a large number of different professions closely related to this major industry, which leads to an increase in income for a number of categories of society and thus have different needs among other groups. Economic growth occurs that leads to growth and increase in income of citizens. Research problem: The problem of research is to reach a comprehensive and sustainable quality in mixes of different materials, especially cotton wast with wool waste in recycling to obtain a material that has many different specifications and features, which results from combining the properties of cotton its features and wool its properties and features to reach, thanks to this product, a competitive capacity in the local and global markets. Research objectives: The research objective boils down to the following points: to obtain a material with new specifications and properties resulting from the mixing of two natural materials, i.e., cotton and wool, obtain a new product that is able to compete in local and global markets, establish the thought and quality standards of industrial facilities, urge employees in the textile sector towards the importance of quality and increase it in performance during work and operation, increasing economic growth as a result of the popularity of the distinctive product with quality standards and increased demand from the consumer as a result of natural materials that meet the approval and acceptance of the consumer. Research assumptions: Quality system management, modern business, management of quality planning and organization, integrating procedures, product quality, evaluation, and control process and ensuring confidence in specifications in the final process review controls, ensuring the quality of measuring tools, accuracy, calibration tools, tools. Choosing the best specifications for mixing natural filaments according to the end-use, despite that, with the scientific application of some of these mixes, they are expected to result in some problems. Study Results: The study results are summarized in the following points: 1. Compliance with quality standards improves the product if it is mixed with different materials or a single material product. 2. The very important role of total quality management has been proven in the management of the product and its administrators. 3. The important role that total quality management plays in defining strategies and specifications for the establishment, product, and marketing. 4- Activating quality works on a distinguished production that can compete in the local market and international markets, which increase material profits that develop the economy, which is due to benefit the citizen's income. 5. Commitment to quality works to improve the product and reduce the rate of waste, which positively affects the product. There is no loss of electricity, time and raw materials, and there is also no opportunity to lose money from the capital amount used in projects.
