المستخلص: تطوير الإمكانات التدريبية والتعليمية أصبح ضروري في المؤسسات التعليمية لمواكبة الثروة المعرفية والتقدم التكنولوجي، بهدف التغلب على التحديات التي تواجه الخرجين في سوق العمل، لذا أصبح التصدي لهذه التحديات والتعامل معها والاستعداد لها أمرا هاما، ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى توفير نظام تدريبي لإعداد خرجين يمتلكون أدوات العصر ويتألفون مع متطلباته ويطوعنها لخدمتهم، خرجين قادرين على التفاعل مع التغيرات المتسارعة، وتماشيا مع استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة، ورؤية مصر، 2030 والتي تهدف إلى فتح آفاق جديدة للشباب بتوفير فرص التدريب والتأهيل والبدائل الإيجابية المتاحة المؤهلة لسوق العمل المصري والربط بينهم وبين الاحتياجات الفعلية لسوق العمل، إيمانا بأن الاستثمار في الشباب المصري وطاقاتهم أمثل طريق لتطوير الشعوب، عن طريق تطبيق الاستراتيجية البنائية التي تعد من الاستراتيجيات التدريسية المتمركزة حول المتعلم فهي تساعده في تعلم المعارف الجديدة من خلال بنائها بنفسه من خلال الملاحظة والاكتشاف والتجريب والعديد من المهارات والقدرات العقلية. وأظهرت النتائج إيجابية التعلم البنائي في زيادة قدرة الخريجات على توظيف معارفهم ومهاراتهم وخبراتهم وتأهيلهم بما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل. ويمكن صياغة مشكلة البحث في التساؤل: هل يؤثر التعلم البنائي إيجابيا في زيادة قدرة الخريجات على توظيف معارفهم ومهاراتهم وخبراتهم وتأهيلهم بما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل؟. أهداف البحث: دمج خريجات قسم الاقتصاد المنزلي في سوق العمل وتأهيل خريجات قسم الاقتصاد المنزلي بما يناسب سوق العمل. إضافة إلى تحقيق التواؤم بين متطلبات الخريجات وسوق العمل والتعرف على مدى إقبال المتدربين للبرنامج المقترح.

The development of training and educational capabilities has become necessary in educational institutions to keep pace with the wealth of knowledge and technological progress in order to overcome the challenges that graduates are facing in the job market. Therefore, addressing these challenges, dealing with them and preparing for them has become an important matter. The current research aims to provide a training system to prepare graduates who possess the tools of the era and are aware of its requirements and adapt them to serve them, graduates who are able to react to accelerated changes in line with the sustainable development strategy and Egypt’s Vision 2030, which aims to open new horizons for young people by providing training and rehabilitation opportunities and available positive alternatives that qualify for the Egyptian labor market and linking them with the actual needs of the labor market, believing that investing in Egyptian youth and their energies is the best way to develop peoples, through the application of the constructivist strategy, which is one of the learner-centered teaching strategies. It helps him to acquire new knowledge by building it himself through observation, discovery, experimentation and many mental skills and abilities. The results showed positive constructive learning in increasing the ability of female graduates to employ their knowledge, skills, experience and qualify them in accordance with the requirements of the labor market. The research problem can be formulated in the question: Does constructive learning affect positively in increasing the ability of female graduates to employ their knowledge, skills, experience and qualification in line with the requirements of the labor market? Research objectives: Integrating the female graduates of the Department of Home Economics in the labor market and qualifying the graduates of the Department of Home Economics to suit the labor market in addition to achieving alignment between the requirements of female graduates and the labor market and identifying the extent of trainees' interest for the proposed program.
