المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة شرورة في ضوء التحول الرقمي، من خلال تحديد درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة شروره " ومتطلبات تطبيقها، ومعوقاتها، ومقترحات تطويرها في ضوء التحول المعرفي من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس والوكلاء في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة شرورة، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (78) قائدا ووكيل، منهم (33) قائدا (ذكورا وإناثا) و(45) وكيلا (ذكورا، وإناثا) تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة خلال العام الجامعي 1440/ 1441هـ. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة خاصة مكونة من (40) فقرة ضمن أربعة مجالات، وهي: تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية واشتمل على (12) فقرة، ومتطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية واشتملت على (13) فقرة، ومعوقات الإدارة الإلكترونية واشتملت على (13) فقرة، والمقترحات التي تسهم الإدارة الإلكترونية جاءت على شكل سؤال مفتوح للعينة، وقد تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة، ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام التكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة شرورة في ضوء التحول الرقمي متوسطة، ودرجة توافر متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة شرورة في ضوء التحول الرقمي متوسطة أيضا، وكانت درجة معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة شرورة في ضوء التحول الرقمي متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن من أبرز مؤشرات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية هي استخدام المدرسة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: (تويتر، واتساب، الفيس بوك في التواصل مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور). وأشارت النتائج أيضا أن من أبرز متطلبات تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية هي ضرورة توافر الوسائل الإلكترونية اللازمة للاستفادة من الخدمات التي تقدمها الإدارة الإلكترونية، وبينت النتائج أن من معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية هو غموض مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى بعض القيادات الإدارية، وتوصي الدراسة بتشكيل لجنة لمراجعة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بشكل دوري في مدارس التعليم العام بشرورة، تكثيف البرامج التدريبية واستدعاء مدربين متخصصين لتدريب قادة المدارس ووكلائهم، ونشر ثقافة استخدام التقنية في العمليات الإدارية المدرسية.

the study aimed to identify the status of Electronic Administration in Public Education Schools in Sharurah Governorate in the light of the digital transformation, by determining the degree of application of electronic administration in public education schools in Sharurah Governorate "and the requirements of their application, constraints, and suggestions for their development in light of the knowledge shift from the viewpoint of school leaders and Assistants in public education schools in Sharurah Governorate, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, the study sample consists of (78) school leaders and their Assistants, of whom (33) leaders (male and female) and (45) Assistants (male and female) were chosen randomly from the study population during School year 1440/1441 H. To answer the study questions, the researchers developed a special questionnaire consisting of (40) items within four domains,: the application of electronic administration included (12) items, the requirements of electronic administration included (13) items, and obstacles of electronic administration included (13) items, and the suggestions that contribute to electronic management came in the form of an open question for the sample, the validity and reliability of the tool have been attested, and for data analysis, iterations, percentages, and mean averages have been used and Standard deviations obtained in the study. The study found that the degree of application of electronic administration in Public Education schools in Sharurah in light of the digital transformation is medium, and the degree of availability of the requirements of implementing Electronic Administration in Public Education schools in Sharurah in light of the digital transformation is also medium, and the degree of obstacles to the application of Electronic Administration in schools Public education in Sharurah Governorate in light of the medium digital transformation. The study results also showed that one of the most prominent indicators of the E-Administration application is the school’s use of social media: (Twitter, WhatsApp, Facebook to communicate with students and parents). The results also indicated that one of the most prominent requirements for activating the electronic administration is the necessity of having the necessary electronic means to benefit from the services provided by the electronic administration, and the results showed that one of the obstacles to applying the Electronic Administration is the ambiguity of the concept of Electronic Administration among some administrative leaders In light of the findings, it is recommended to intensify training programs and calling in specialized trainers to train school leaders and their assistants, Spreading the culture of using technology in school administrative processes.
