المستخلص: موضوع هذا البحث هو: "شروط الأمر عند الأصوليين"، وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى: مقدمة -وتشمل المقدمة: أسباب اختيار الموضوع، والدراسات السابقة، وحدود البحث، وخطة البحث، ومنهج البحث -، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وثبت للمصادر والمراجع، وفهرس بالموضوعات. والدراسة في مجملها تهدف إلى تعريف الأمر لغة، ثم تعريفه اصطلاحاً؛ وذكر خلاف العلماء في ذلك، ثم ذكر شروط الأمر عند الأصوليين، والخلاف في تلك الشروط، وذكر القول الراجح، ثم ثمرة الخلاف.

Praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our Master and Prophet, Muhammad, and his family and companions in general, peace be upon him in abundance until the Day of Judgement. The topic of this research is: "Conditions of Command According to the Scholars of Usūl (Fundamentals of Islamic Jurisprudence)" and the nature of the research necessitated its division into: an introduction –which includes: the research rationale, the literature review, the research limitations, the research plan, the research methodology-, a preface, two chapters, a conclusion, the bibliography and index of topics. The study in general aims to define command in the linguistic sense, the its technical definition, and an highlight of the disagreement between the scholars on this, then an highlight of the conditions of command according to the scholars of Usūl, and the scholarly disagreement on those conditions, and the mention of the most preferred opinion, and the benefit of the disagreement.
