Abstract: هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على العلاقة بين السلوك القيادي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والسلوك التنافسي لدى تلاميذ الفرق الرياضية المدرسية، ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، كما تمثلت عينة الدراسة في 68 تلميذ اختيرت بطريقة قصدية، أما الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة تم الاعتماد على كل من مقياس السلوك القيادي ومقياس السلوك التنافسي، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين السلوك القيادي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية والسلوك التنافسي لدى التلاميذ في كل من بعد السلوك الديمقراطي، والسلوك الأوتوقراطي، الاجتماعي المساعد والسلوك الإثابي، بينما لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين المتغيرين في بعد السلوك التدريبي.

This study aimed at discovering the relation between the leadership behavior of the sport and physical education teacher and the competitive behavior among the school sport team’s students, thus we used the descriptive approach for its appliance with the nature of the study. The sample of the study covered 68 students and for the tools, we used the leadership behavior and the competitive behavior scales. After gathering and processing the data, we reached the point of the existence of a correlation between the leadership behavior of the sport and physical education teacher and the competitive behavior among the students in all of the dimension of the democratic, the bureaucratic, the social.
