إن هذا البحث انطلق من مجموعة من الأسئلة التي قصد بذل المستطاع في التحرير العلمي لإجاباتها، هي كما يأتي: 1-ما التحقيق في موقف علماء الأصول من اعتبار دلالة الاقتران، وكذلك المفسرين في تفسيرهم واستدلالاتهم بالنصوص؟ 2-ما الأغراض التي يمكن أن يتوصل المفسر إليها بإعماله دلالة الاقتران في باب التفسير والاستنباط من النص القرآني؟ -ما الضوابط التي يجب أن تراعى عند إعمال دلالة الاقتران في باب التفسير والاستنباط من النص القرآني الكريم؟ ولقد انتهى البحث -بفضل من الله تعالى-إلى النتائج التالية: 1-أهمية دلالة الاقتران في استخراج المعاني، واستنباط العلل، والثمرة الكبيرة لإعمال هذه الدلالة في باب التفسير والاستنباط من النص القرآني. 2-القول بالتفصيل في صحة الاحتجاج بدلالة الاقتران هو القول الراجح من بين أقول أهل العلم. 3-وعليه فإن الاحتجاج بها عموما وفي باب التفسير خصوصا يجب أن يشار فيه إلى ضوابط، وقد عمل البحث على تحريرها ما أمكن. 4-الأغراض التي يمكن للمفسر أن يتوصل إليها بإعماله لدلالة الاقتران أوسع من مما اعتنى به علماء أصول الفقه من مجرد الاستدلال على الحكم التكليفي من النص، وهي ما خلص إليها البحث وحددها بأربعة أغراض.
Research title: The significance of coupling and its effect on interpretation and elicitation from the Noble Qur’an text, Questions from which research is based and works on scientific editing of their answers: 1-What is the investigation into the position of the fundamental scholars of the connotation regarding the significance of the coupling, as well as the commentators in their interpretation and their inferences with the texts? 2-What are the purposes that the interpreter can reach by connotation of coupling in the field of interpretation and elicitation from the Qur’an text? 3-What controls should be taken into account when the realization of the significance pairing in the field of interpretation and elicitation of the text of Quran? The research concluded - with the grace of God Almighty - to the following results: 1-The importance of the connotation of coupling in extracting meanings, elicitation causes, and implementing them in the Book of God and appending analogues to each other, and the great result of the implementation of this significance is in the section of interpretation and deduction from Qur’an text. 2-To describe in detail about the validity of the invocation of the connotation of coupling is the most correct opinion among the sayings of scholars, and on this the majority of scholars not as some attributed it to the majority of saying its weakness. 3-Accordingly, invoking them in general, and in the chapter on interpretation in particular, must refer to guidelines.
