520 |a تبرز أهمية دراسة مستقبل النزاعات القبلية في السودان من خطورة تحول تلك النزاعات إلى عنف وإلى تصاعد حدة التوتر وزيادة الصراع خاصة المسلح فبعد أن كانت تلك النزاعات محدودة ويتم احتواؤها بالأعراف التقليدية أصبحت متسعة النطاق وانتقلت إلى المدن بعد أن كانت محصورة في الأطراف كما زادت معدلاتها وزاد عدد ضحاياها وخسائرها مما يوثر على التماسك الاجتماعي والاستقرار السياسي وعلى عملية تلك صنع السلام. هذا الواقع يثير تساؤلا حول مستقبل تلك النزاعات والتحديات التي تواجهها وفرص حلها تأتى الدراسة للإجابة على تلك التساؤلات. تقوم الدراسة على عدة فرضيات من بينها أن هناك مجموعة من التحديات تؤثر سلبا على فرص حل تلك النزاعات. كما تفترض الدراسة أن الفشل في حل النزاعات القبلية، يرجع بصورة أساسية لعدم مخاطبة جذور النزاع. وكذلك يتأثر مستقبل النزاعات القبلية في السودان بقدرة النظام على معالجة قضايا التهميش الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى تقصي أسباب النزاعات القبلية وكيفية تصاعدها وطرق حلها بالإضافة إلى وصف وتحليل التحديات المختلفة إلى تواجه تلك النزاعات وفرص حلها. كما هدفت الدراسة للتنبؤ بمستقبل تلك النزاعات وذلك من خلال استقراء الحاضر وربطه بالماضي من اجل صياغة سيناريوهات لمستقبل تلك النزاعات. استخدمت الدراسة التكامل المنهجي، حيث استخدمت المنهج التاريخي في التوثيق الجزور التاريخية للنزاع وتطوره، كما استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف وتحليل أسباب النزاعات وطرق حلها بالإضافة إلى تحليل التحديات المختلفة التي تواجه تلك النزاعات وكذلك تحليل فرص حلها والتنبؤ بمستقبل تلك النزاعات. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها أن هناك تحديات مختلفة تواجه فرص حل النزاعات القبلية في السودان من أهمها انتشار السلاح وتسييس القبلية ونموذج الدولة منقوصة السيادة. كذلك يرتبط مستقبل النزاعات القبلية في السودان بمدى قدرة النظام على معالجة قضايا التهميش الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي. توصى الدراسة بضرورة أعمال القانون وفرض الدولة لهيبتها وقوتها في مواجهة تلك النزاعات ومواجهة كل من يساعد عل تفاقمها وازدياد حدتها. كما تؤصى الورقة بان تقوم الدولة بإزالة الفوارق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية بين المركز والأطراف من خلال خطط استراتيجية ترصد لها مبالغ مالية ضخمة وتحظى بدرجة كبيرة من الأولوية. 
520 |b  The importance of studying the future of tribal conflicts in Sudan is high-lighted by the danger of these conflicts turning into violence, to the escalation of tension and the increase in conflict, especially the armed conflict. Its victims and losses, which affect social cohesion, political stability, and the peace-making pro-cess. This reality raises a question about the future of these conflicts, the challenges they face, and the opportunities for their resolution. The study comes to answer these questions. Predicting the future of issues requires referring to the phenomena in their past in order to understand their suitability, as well as investigating the present in order to formulate future scenarios. The study of the future depends on studying the various challenges facing the issue as well as identifying the different opportunities that can be used. So, the history of tribal conflicts in Sudan is an ancient history, as it began with tribal conflicts in southern Sudan. As for its present, it is replete with many tragedies, as the victims of these conflicts increased and their negative effects increased. This reality raised a question about the future of these conflicts, how can it be? And what are the opportunities for a solution under a period of rule that places peace as one of its top priorities? The study used methodological integration, as it used the historical method in documenting the historical roots of the conflict and its development, and also used the descriptive and analytical method in describing and analyzing the causes of conflicts and methods of resolving them in addition to analyzing the various challenges facing these conflicts as well as analyzing the opportunities for their resolution and predicting the future of these conflicts. Among the results, the most important of which is that there are various challenges facing the opportunities for resolving tribal conflicts in Sudan, the most important of which is the proliferation of weapons, the politicization of tribes, and the model of the state lacking in sovereignty. Likewise, the future of tribal conflicts in Sudan is related to the extent of the regime’s ability to address issues of social, economic and political marginalization. The study recommends the necessity for law enforcement and the state’s imposition of its prestige and power in the face of these conflicts and confronting everyone who helps to exacerbate them and increase their intensity. The paper also recommends that the state remove the social, economic and political differences between the center and the parties through strategic plans that allocate huge sums of money and enjoy a large degree of priority.
