هذا البحث يتناول أثر المصطلح النحوي في استنباط الأحكام الفقهية وقد حاولت فيه تتبع مفهوم المصطلح النحوي نشأته وتطوره عبر تاريخ النحو الطويل، ثم دراسة مصطلح الأحكام الفقهية، في القرآن الكريم مصدر التشريع الإسلامي الأول، وقد ارتبط باللغة العربية، منذ نزوله بها ارتباطا وثيقا، وتعلق استنباط الأحكام الفقهية منه بتذوقها وسعة العلم بها. ودراسة المصطلح، هي واحدة من أهم مصادر اللغة، يعكس أهمية الموضوع، ويكشف عند تداخل المصطلحات، في كثير من العلوم، لا من حيث اللغة وحدها، بل في المناهج وطرق التعليم، وتلقي أصول العلم وفروعه، وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث من أهمية هذه القضايا التي تناولها، ومما انتهى إليه من نتائج وتوصيات، أرجو أن تكون مما يمكث في الأرض وينفع به الناس، وقد جعلته في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث وقامة للمصادر. والمنهج المتبع في هذا البحث هو المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على الاستقراء والتتبع.
