المستخلص: يدرس بحثي ما تعلق بمنهجية قراءة المتون وطريقة فهمها وربطها بالمقاصد، لأن وظيفة القراءة أصالة هو بلوغ مقصد الكلام ومراد السياق في إطار المقاصد الشرعية العامة والكليات الدينية المعروفة، لأجل هذا فإن الدراسة تحاول الإجابة عن موقع المقاصد من فهم المتون وسؤال الأثر والتأثير، أي توضيح محددات المقاصد التي توجهها طرفين الأول طريقة قراءة المتن والطرف الثاني الاختلافات بين المتون من حيث الخبر والإنشاء، لأحقق من خلال ذلك معرفة موقع المقاصد من حيث أثرها في الفهم السديد للمتون وتأثيرها أيضا عليها وتوجيهها، خاصة وأن مناهج المحدثين والفقهاء أثبتوا توجيه معاني الحديث بالمقاصد، وعليه يعول كثيرا عليها أن تجيب عن توهم التعارض عند بعضها والتوفيق بينها وتقويم الفهم وتوجيه النظر لرفع شبه التناقض وغير ذلك، فضلا عما ما يتحصل منها في جانب تحليل أحاديث الأحكام واستنباطها وتناول دلالة الألفاظ ودراسة السياقات والأساليب، وهو ما صغته إشكالا للبحث حول منهجية القراءة المقاصدية الصحيحة في التعامل مع مشكلات الحديث.

My research studies what is related to the methodology of reading texts and the way of understanding them and linking them to the objectives, because the function of reading authentically is to reach the purpose of speech and the intent of the context within the framework of the general legal objectives and the known religious faculties. The objectives directed by two parties, the first is the method of reading the text, and the second, the differences between the texts in terms of news and creation, in order to achieve through this knowledge of the location of the objectives in terms of their impact on a sound understanding of the texts and their influence on and directing, Especially since the curricula of hadiths and jurists have proven that the meanings of the hadith are guided by the maqasid, and therefore it is very reliable that it responds to the illusion of contradiction in some of them, reconciling them, evaluating understanding, directing consideration to remove quasi-contradictions, and so on, in addition to what is obtained from them in the aspect of analyzing and extrapolating hadiths of rulings, dealing with the meaning of words and studying the contexts And the methods, which was formulated by a problem for the research: What is the correct intentional reading methodology in dealing with the problem of hadith?
