المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المقاصد التربوية لمفهوم (التوبة) في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وتطبيقاتها في مؤسسات التعليم. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكذلك الطريقة الاستنباطية، وأبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج: أن للتوبة مقاصد تربوية كثيرة في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، من أبرزها: المقاصد الأخلاقية، والنفسية، والصحية، والأمنية، والاقتصادية، والفكرية. من أبرز المقاصد الأخلاقية للتوبة: الدافعية إلى تعديل السلوك الخاطئ، التزود من الطاعات وترسيخ القيم، المحافظة على القيم الأخلاقية. ومن أبرز المقاصد النفسية للتوبة: تقوية الإحساس بالأمن النفسي، إعادة الثقة بالنفس وتحقيق الذات، تقوية الإحساس بالرضا. ومن أبرز المقاصد الصحية للتوبة إعادة الإنسان إلى حالته الطبيعية في تصرفاته وأفعاله ومزاجه النفسي، وإعادة السعادة له تلك التي غابت عنه بعد الأذى والضرر الذي لحقه من جراء المعصية، ومن أبرز المقاصد الأمنية والوقائية استقرار وحفظ ووقاية المجتمع من كل سوء، عن طريق التوقف الفوري عن ارتكاب أي فعل سيئ من شأنه الإضرار بالفرد والمجتمع، ليظل الخير في استمرار والشر في انحسار. ومن أبرز المقاصد الاقتصادية للتوبة استثمار كل لحظة من الوقت والجهد والعمل، وخاصة أن الصدر في رحاب التوبة منشرح، والقلب فرح، والوقت مبارك، والنفس مقبلة وراغبة في كل جهد مفيد، وعمل مثمر، كما أن التوبة كوسيلة من وسائل الكف والتوقف التام وخاصة عن الجرائم، تحسم الداء قبل استفحاله، وتحقن الدماء وتؤمن الحياة ومن أبرز المقاصد الفكرية للتوبة المحافظة على سلامة الجسم والقلب والروح، عن طريق التخلص من مذلة ومرارة الذنب، فيقوي الجسم، وينشط العقل، ويصفو الفكر، كما تعتبر التوبة اجتثاثا للفكر الضال المتطرف، كالإرهاب والعنف بالتوقف التام عنه، كما توفر التوبة على المجتمع الكثير من نفقات وتبعات المواجهة بالأرواح.

The study aimed to reveal the educational purposes of the concept of (repentance) in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet and its applications in educational institutions. The study used the descriptive analytical method, as well as the deductive method. The most important results of the study are: repentance has many educational purposes in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet such as the moral, psychological, health, security, economic, and intellectual purposes. The moral purposes of repentance included urging to modify wrong behavior, maintaining obedience and rooting values, and assuring and sticking to the moral values. Meanwhile, the psychological purposes included strengthening the sense of the psychological security, self-esteem and self-fulfillment. On the other hand, the health purposes included getting people back to their natural behaviors, actions and psychological mood, and bringing happiness back after the misery and harm they suffered from due to the sins. Tlie security and protective purposes are the stability, survival and protection of the society from all evil by immediately stopping committing any wrongful act that would harm the individual ana society, so that goodness continues growing and the evil keeps on collapsing. The economic purposes of repentance is to invest every minute, effort and work, especially when the heart is full of joy and happiness, the time is blessed, and souls are optimist and having the desire to work fruitfully due to repentance. Moreover, repentance is a way to stop doing all wrong actions especially crimes. The intellectual purposes of repentance are to preserve the integrity of the body, heart and soul, by eliminating the humiliation and bitterness of guilt, so the body strengthens, and the mind is energized. Repentance is considered an ablation of extremist thought, such as terrorism and violence by ceasing it completely. Repentance also protects and saves a lot of souls and cost.
