المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى معرفة التوزيع الجغرافي للخدمات الأمنية والجريمة في محافظة إب خلال الفترة (2010-2019م)، ومعرفة التوزيع الجغرافي للخدمات الأمنية في محافظة إب ومعرفة مدى ملاءمة هذا التوزيع مع المعيار السكاني والتخطيط العمراني وكذلك التعرف على التباين الزماني والمكاني للجرائم خلال الفترة (2010-2019م)، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، واستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية؛ لتحليل البيانات والمعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من: إدارة عام شرطة محافظة إب، والجهاز المركزي للإحصاء، والمركز الوطني للمعلومات، والمساحة العمرانية، وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: شهدت إدارة شرطة الظهار تطورا كبيرا في عدد الجرائم، حيث بلغ إجمالي عدد الجرائم المسجلة فيها حوالي (3611) جريمة شكلت ما نسبته (18.36٪) من مجموع الجرائم الكلية البالغة (19665) جريمة في عموم مديريات محافظة إب، خلال الفترة (2010-2019م). كما أن انتشار الخدمات الأمنية في محافظة إب ضعيف مقابل الحجم والانتشار العشوائي للسكان حسب المتوسط العام لكثافة الخدمات الأمنية الذي يصل إلى (1.3/ خدمة / 100 ألف نسمة).

This paper aims to find out the geographical distribution of the security services and crimes in Ibb province during (2010-2019), then it also aims to find out how that distribution of the security services matches with the population standard and the architectural planning. Further, it aims to find out the variance of time and place for the crimes during (2010- 2019). Accordingly, for achieving these aims, the descriptive and analytical approach is used. Also, the Geographical Information System is used for analyzing the data and information obtained from the general management of the police in Ibb province, and also from the Central Institute of Statistics, the National Information Center, Architectural Area Office and the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation. Among the most important results which the research reached is that the management of Alzehar police station witnessed an increase in the number of crimes, as the total number of registered crimes in this station is about (3611) crimes with the percentage of (18.36%) from the total number of crimes which is (19665) crimes in all the districts of Ibb province during (2010-2019). Also, the distribution of the security services in Ibb province is weak compared to the volume and random distribution of the population according to the general density average of the security services which reaches to (1,3 services /100) thousand person.
