المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الشراكة بين الجامعات والقطاع الخاص وركزت المشكلة الرئيسية للبحث على كيفية تنمية وتعزيز هذه الشراكة والاستفادة منها في تطوير الأداء الأكاديمي والبحث العلمي في الجامعات وتعزيـز قـدرتها على تحقيق معايير ضمان الجـودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي. واستهدف البحث بشكل أساسي تحديد طبيعة وأهمية وأشكال الشراكة بين منظمات الأعمال أو القطـاع الخـاص والجامعات الحكومية بالمملكـة العربية السعودية، وكيـف يمكـن تعـزيـز وتطوير هذه العلاقة لتسهم بشكل فعال في تحقيـق جـودة التعليم العالي في المملكة العربية السعودية، والارتقاء بأداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي السعودية لتحقيق معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي وتقـديـم بـرامج ومخرجـات مميزة تواكـب تـطـورات العـصـر وتلبي احتياجات المجتمع ومتطلبات سوق العمل. واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في تناول موضـوع البحث من خلال جمـع اكبـر قـدر ممكـن مـن البيانات المنـشـورة المتعلقة بمشكلة وأهـداف البحـث وتحليلها واستخلاص نتائج وتوصيات تسهم في معالجة مشكلة البحث والإجابة على تساؤلاته وتحقيق أهدافـه. بالإضافة إلى استعراض نمـاذج تطبيقيـة ناجحـة لعلاقـة بعـض الجامعات العربيـة والعالمية بالقطاع الخاص للاستفادة من هذه التجارب في تعزيز علاقة الجامعات الحكومية السعودية بالقطاع الخـاص. وتوصـلت الباحثة الى العديـد مـن النتائج التي تؤكـد حاجـة الجامعات ومنظمات الأعمال اليوم الى إقامة علاقة شراكة فعالة تسهم في تطوير أداء منظمات الاعمال وتعزيـز الـقـدرة التنافسية للجامعات وتحقيق الجـودة المطلوبة في برامجها ومخرجاتها. كمـا خـلـص البحث الى مجموعـة مـن التوصيات التي يمكـن مـن خلالها تعـزيـز الـشراكة بين الجامعات والقطاع الخاص.

This research deals with the issue of partnership between universities and the private sector. The main problem of the research focused on how to develop and strengthen this partnership and benefit from it in developing academic performance and scientific research universities and enhancing their ability to achieve standards of quality assurance and academic accreditation. The research mainly aimed to determine the nature, importance and forms of partnership between buşiness organizations or the private sector and government universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and how this relationship can be strengthened and developed to contribute effectively to achieving the quality of higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to improve the performance of Saudi higher education institutions to achieve quality and accreditation standards Academic and providing distinguished programs and outputs that keep pace with the developments of the times and meet the needs of society and the requirements of the labor market. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach in dealing with the topic of the research by collecting the largest possible amount of published data related to the problem and objectives of the research, analyzing it and drawing conclusions and recommendations that contribute to addressing the research problem, answering its questions and achieving its objectives, in addition to reviewing successful applied models of the relationship of some Arab and international universities with the private sector to benefit from From these experiences in strengthening the relationship of Saudi public universities with the private sector. The researcher reached many results that confirm the need of universities and business organizations today to establish an effective partnership relationship that contributes to developing the performance of business organizations, enhancing the competitiveness of universities and achieving the required quality in their programs and outputs. To a set of recommendations that can enhance the partnership between universities and the private sector.
