|b The research contributes to clarifying the factors that may prevent the researcher from composing a ruling on the narrator, detailing the areas of ruling and the method of scientifically analyzing a biography. It also highlights the methods composing a ruling on the narrator, by making use of the applications of the scholars, in a way that serves the science of Al-Jarh (criticism) and At-Ta‘deel (praising), in addition to highlighting the efforts of the scholars in the methodological abbreviation which helps in reducing verbatim quotation, and pushes to use appropriate methods in various researches, which show the personality of the researcher and his ability to use information, not just transferring it, and the findings of the research include: 1) The virtues of the imams of al-Jarh and al-Ta'deel, as they compiled the best and most complete curricula, and they preceded others on the principles of quotation and its methods. 2) Failure to master the rules and regulations for Al-Jarh wa At-Ta‘deel is one of the obstacles to passing a ruling on the narrator. 3) The importance of analyzing the narrator's biography, according to scientific guidelines. 4) The imams have methods of summarizing the expressions of Al-Jarh and At-Ta‘deel, the most prominent of which have been referred to in the research. 5) Writing ruling on narrators is not based on a single methodology, but rather is subject to the type of research covered. 6) The order of research on the extent of expansion in judging the narrator, starting with expansion: the specialized study on a specific narrator, studies that dealt with the study of specific narrators, the investigation of books on narrators, the extended verification [of hadith], the investigation of books, the intermediate verification, the short verification.

|a يسهم البحث في بيان ما يحول بين الباحث وتحرير الحكم على الراوي، مفصلا مجالات الحكم، وطريقة تحليل الترجمة علميا، كما يبرز طرائق تحرير الحكم على الراوي، بالاستفادة من تطبيقات أهل العلم، بما يخدم علم الجرح والتعديل، بالإضافة إلى إبراز جهود المحدثين في الاختصار المنهجي الذي يساعد في تقليل الاقتباس، ويدفع إلى استخدام الأساليب المناسبة في الأبحاث المتنوعة، التي تظهر شخصية الباحث، وقدرته على توظيف المعلومات، لا مجرد النقل لها، وكان من نتائج البحث: 1) فضل أئمة الجرح والتعديل، إذ جمعوا أفضل المناهج وأكملها، وسبقوا غيرهم بأصول الاقتباس وطرائقه. 2) عدم ضبط قواعد، وضوابط الجرح والتعديل من معوقات تحرير كتابة الحكم على الراوي. 3) أهمية تحليل ترجمة الراوي، وفق ضوابط علمية. 4) للأئمة طرائق في تلخيص عبارات الجرح والتعديل أشير إلى أبرزها في البحث. 5) كتابة الحكم على الرواة لا تسير على منهجية واحدة، وإنما تخضع لنوع البحث المطروق. 6) ترتيب الأبحاث في مدى التوسع في الحكم على الراوي، ابتداء بالتوسع: الدراسة المتخصصة في راو معين، الدراسات التي عنيت بدراسة رجال معينين، تحقيق كتب في الرجال، التخريج الموسع، تحقيق الكتب، التخريج المتوسط، التخريج المختصر.
