المستخلص: Nous avons essayé dans cette étude, d'identifier les questions du système financier local et international, en matière de stabilité financière, le développement économique et la croissance.
le système financier a son rôle dans la réalisation des objectifs de la politique économique, un contraste de direction hautement sensible des variables externes et internes tels que les crises financières, qui sont situés à l'extérieur des frontières nationales et est transmis par l'effet de contagion à l'intérieur. Bien qu'il existe des indications statistiques; sur la relation forte entre la croissance financière et la croissance économique, mais cette relation ne se applique pas de manière significative dans le cas de l'économie Algérie et les économies de développement. l’existence d'obstacles dans un sens ou un autre. Mais ce qui est présenté; encourage l’Algerie pour accélérer le processus de libéralisation financière, l'Algérie et d'autres pays sous-devloppement ont besoin à la stabilité financière de la libéralisation financière, la réforme économique, et d'éviter les crises financières.


In this study, we have tried to identify domestic and international financial system issues regarding financial stability, economic development, and growth. The financial system has a significant role in achieving the objectives of economic policy. In turn, it is highly sensitive to external and internal variables such as financial crises, which lie outside national borders. It is transmitted through the effect of transmission to the inside. Although there are statistical indications about the strong relationship between financial growth and economic growth, this relationship does not apply to a large extent in the case of the Algerian economy and the developing economies because there are obstacles in one way or another. However, what is presented encourages Algeria and developing countries to accelerate the process of financial liberalization and global integration. Algeria and other developing countries need financial stability for financial liberalization, economic reform, and avoiding financial crises.

حاولنا في هذه الدراسة؛ التعرف على قضايا النظام المالي المحلي والدولي، بخصوص الاستقرار المالي؛ والتطور الاقتصادي؛ والنمو. والنظام المالي له دور معتبر في تحقيق أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية، وهو بالمقابل شديدة الحساسية اتجاه المتغيرات الخارجية والداخلية مثل الأزمات المالية، التي تقع خارج الحدود الوطنية وتنتقل عن طريق أثر العدوى إلى الداخل. بالرغم من وجود الدلالات الإحصائية؛ حول العلاقة القوية بين النمو المالي والنمو الاقتصادي، إلا أن هذه العلاقة لا تنطبق بشكل كبير في حالة اقتصاد الجزائر والاقتصاديات النامية، لوجود معوقات بشكل أو بآخر، غير أن ما يتم تقديمه؛ يشجع الجزائر والدول النامية للإسراع في عملية التحرير المالي والاندماج العالمي. والجزائر وغيرها من الدول النامية تحتاج إلى الاستقرار المالي لأجل التحرير المالي؛ والإصلاح الاقتصادي، وتجنب الأزمات المالية.
