Mais pour soutenir cette réalisation nécessite des efforts considérables de toutes les parties a polarisé (gouvernements et personnes) qui exige que la Bonne gouvernance loin de saillance sous-développement de pays du tiers-monde

Economic growth is the goal of every country, and one of the most important issues and matters of concern to countries is its urgency that shows its highest position in the economies of the countries. Among the factors that achieve economic growth are the circulation of a reasonable cash flow and full utilization of the means of production. This necessitates the intervention of other parties from inside and outside the country, which is represented in foreign direct investment because of its role in exchanging experiences, optimal utilization of means of production, transfer of technology and increasing the welfare of society by raising wages, improving the standard of living, health, education and even the cultural level. To support this achievement, massive efforts required from all its polarizing parties including governments and people. This requires the existence of a rational rule far from the backwardness, and this is what the third world countries lack.

يعتبر النمو الاقتصادي غاية كل دولة ومن أهم المسائل والقضايا محل الاهتمام من طرف الدول فضرورته الملحة تبين مكانته القصوى في اقتصادات الدول، ومن بين العوامل التي تحقق نمواً اقتصادياً هو وجود دوران لكتلة نقدية معقولة وتوفير العمالة الكاملة لوسائل الإنتاج وهو ما يحتم تدخل أطراف أخرى من داخل وخارج البلد والمتمثل في الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لما له من دور في تبادل الخبرات والتوظيف الأمثل لوسائل الإنتاج ونقل للتكنولوجيا وزيادة رفاهية المجتمع من خلال رفع للأجور، تحسين المستوى المعيشي، الصحي، التعليمي وحتى المستوى الثقافي ولدعم هذا الإنجاز يتطلب مجهودات ضخمة من جميع الأطراف المستقطبة له (حكومات وشعب) وهو ما يستوجب وجود حكم راشد بعيد عن أوجه التخلف وهذا ما تفتقد إليه دول العالم الثالث.
