المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة التحديات التي تواجه قادة المدارس بالمدينة المنورة أثناء تقديم برامج صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظرهم، ومعرفة أتر متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والمرحلة التي يدرسها المعلم، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، أستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قام الباحث بتطوير أداة الدراسة وهي الاستبانة وقام بتوزيعها على عينة من قادة المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية التي يوجد بها برامج صعوبات تعلم بالمدينة المنورة، والتي بلغت (١١٠) قائدا من كلا الجنسين. وتكونت الاستبانة من (٤٣) عبارة، موزعة على ستة أبعاد، وهي: تحديات تتعلق بمجتمع المدرسة، وتحديات إدارية، وتحديات تنظيمية، وتحديات بيئية، تحديات تتعلق بخصائص طلاب صعوبات التعلم، تحديات تتعلق بأولياء الأمور. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: أن جميع التحديات التي تواجه قادة المدارس بالمدينة المنورة أثناء تقديم برامج صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظرهم جاءت بمستوى مرتفع وعلى جميع المحاور، ومرتبة تنازليا، كالآتي: تحديات تتعلق بأولياء الأمور، تحديات تنظيمية، تحديات تتعلق بخصائص طلاب صعوبات التعلم، تحديات بيئية، تحديات إدارية، تحديات تتعلق بمجتمع المدرسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق في محور تحديات تتعلق بمجتمع المدرسة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة لصالح (5 - 10 سنوات) مقارنة بـ(أكثر من 10 سنوات)، وعدم وجود فروق بين باقي مستويات الخبرة، ووجود فروق في محور تحديات تتعلق بأولياء الأمور تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي ولصالح الماجستير مقارنة بالبكالوريوس، وعدم وجود فروق بين باقي المستويات التعليمية. كان من أبرز مقترحات أفراد عينة الدراسة " العمل على معالجة التحديات التي تواجه قادة المدارس من تحديات تنظيمية، أو تحديات مالية، أو تحديات تتعلق بالبيئة المدرسية. كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات لصناع القرار في وزارة التعليم، والقادة التربويين في المدارس.

The study aimed to discover the challenges school leaders faced while presenting learning difficulties programs in Madinah Al-Munawwarah from their point of view, and to discover the impact of the variables of gender, academic qualification, years of experience and the stage studied by the teacher, and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used, by distributing the study tool, namely The questionnaire was conducted on a sample of government school leaders that have learning difficulties programs in Madinah, which reached (110) leaders of both sexes. The questionnaire consisted of (43) statements, distributed on six dimensions, which are: challenges related to the school community, administrative challenges, organizational challenges, environmental challenges, challenges related to the characteristics of students with learning difficulties, and challenges related to parents. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: that all the challenges facing school leaders during the implementation of learning difficulties programs in Madinah, from their point of view, came at a high level on all factors, and ranked in descending order, as follows: challenges related to parents, organizational challenges, challenges Related to the characteristics of students with learning difficulties, environmental challenges, administrative challenges, challenges related to the school community, differences in the focus of challenges related to the school community due to the experience variable in favor for (5-10 years) compared to (more than 10 years), and there are no differences between the other Experience levels, the existence of differences in the focus of challenges related to parents due to the variable of educational level in favor of the master’s compared to the bachelor’s degree, and there are no differences between the other educational levels. One of the most prominent proposals of the study sample was “to work on addressing the challenges facing school leaders, including organizational challenges, financial challenges, or greetings related to the school environment. The study also presented a set of recommendations to decision-makers in the Ministry of Education and educational leaders in schools.
