المستخلص: The study aimed to identify students' satisfaction with the university services offered to them in the university residences. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 35 sentences distributed in six dimensions was prepared and applied to a sample of 300 students. The study found that there is a low degree of satisfaction with the university services offered to students, and a low level of satisfaction among students in the areas of university service related to the scholarship, accommodation, feeding, scientific and cultural activity, sports and recreation. While the transport service received a moderate degree of satisfaction. The study found differences in student responses due to the gender variable.

L'étude visait à déterminer la satisfaction des étudiants à l'égard des services universitaires qui leur étaient offerts dans les résidences universitaires. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, un questionnaire composé de 35 phrases divisé en six dimensions a été préparé et appliqué à un échantillon de 300 élèves. L'étude a révélé que le degré de satisfaction concernant les services universitaires offerts aux étudiants était faible. et le degré de satisfaction parmi les étudiants étaient faibles dans les domaines des services universitaires liés aux bourses, au logement, à l'alimentation, aux activités scientifiques et culturelles, aux sports et aux loisirs. Alors que le service de transport a reçu un degré de satisfaction modéré. L'étude a révélé des différences dans les réponses des étudiants en raison de la variable de genre.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى رضا الطلبة على الخدمات الجامعية التي تقدم إليهم في الإقامات الجامعية، ولهذا الغرض تم إعداد استبيان تكون من 35 عبارة موزعة على ست أبعاد، تم تطبيقه على عينة من 300 طالباً وطالبة، وأسفرت الدراسة أنه: يوجد درجة منخفضة من الرضا عن الخدمات الجامعية المقدمة للطلبة. ووجود درجة منخفضة من الرضا عند الطلبة في بمجالات الخدمة الجامعية المتعلقة بالمنحة، الإيواء، الإطعام، النشاط العلمي والثقافي، الرياضي والترفيهي. بينما نال بعد خدمة النقل درجة متوسطة من الرضا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في استجابات الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الجنس.
