المستخلص: Clinical psychology, a discipline both theoretical and practical, born almost a century ago, is the most recent branch in the history of psychological disciplines. Furthermore, in Algeria, clinical psychology, born from the 1971 reform of higher education, is in full development. If psychologists today have a theoretical and clinical apparatus strong enough to explore psychological functioning and take charge of the subjects, however, this clinical framework cannot escape the ethical and ethical framework. The objective of this article is to first review the concepts of ethics and ethics in clinical psychology and then to draw up an inventory of the issue in Algeria.

La psychologie clinique, discipline à la fois théorique et pratique, née il y a près d'un siècle, est la branche la plus récente de l’histoire des disciplines psychologiques. Par ailleurs, en Algérie, la psychologie clinique, née de la réforme de l’enseignement supérieur datant de 1971, est en plein développement. Si les psychologues disposent aujourd’hui d’un appareil théorique et clinique assez solide pour explorer le fonctionnement psychologique et prendre en charge les sujets, ce cadre clinique ne peut toutefois se soustraire au cadre déontologique et éthique. L’objectif de cet article est de revenir d’abord sur les notions d’éthique et de déontologie en psychologie clinique et de dresser ensuite un état des lieux de la question en Algérie.
