تحددت مشكلة البحث الحالي في محاولة الكشف عن واقع تفعيل ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية في ضوء التغيرات الثقافية المعاصرة في مصر، والتي يمكن تنميتها لدى طلابها حتى يتمكنوا من المساهمة في حل مشكلات المجتمع والعمل على تقدمه ونهضته، وتقديم عدد من التوصيات يمكن من خلاله تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية. وبالتالي فقد هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية، والكشف عن أهم المتطلبات اللازم توافرها لدى المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية لتنمية وتفعيل ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلابها، ولتحقيق ذلك مر البحث بمجموعة من الإجراءات، وتمثلت في إعداد إطار نظري شمل ما يلي: • الإطار العام للبحث. • التغيرات الثقافية المعاصرة وانعكاساتها على ثقافة العمل التطوعي. • الإطار الفكري والفلسفي لثقافة العمل التطوعي في المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية • واقع ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية في مصر. وتلى ذلك إعداد الدراسة الميدانية، حيث تم إعداد أداة البحث )الاستبانة(، وتطبيقها على عينة من مديري ووكلاء ومعلمي ومشرفي نشاط وطلاب المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج. وقد توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومن أهمها: • قلة الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية في المدارس الثانوِية غَيْر الحكومية التي تشجع الطلاب على العمل التطوعي. • قلة الموضوعات الدراسية التي تتناول العمل التطوعي وأهميته ومجالاته. • ضعف مشاركة الطلاب في الأعمال التطوعية في المجتمع. • ضعف توعية المعلمين للطلاب بمفهوم العمل التطوعي وأهميته ومجالاته ودوره في حل المشكلات المجتمعية. • عدم تنظيم المدرسة لبرامج تطوعية للطلاب في المجتمع المحيط مثل محو الأمية، وضعف وجود شراكة مجتمعية بين المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية والمؤسسات المجتمعية التطوعية. • عدم توفير المدرسة لطلابها التدريب المناسب لاهتماماتهم في العمل التطوعي، وقلة تنظيم المدرسة لزيارات ميدانية للمؤسسات التطوعية لمعرفة أهدافها وجهودها. • كما توصل البحث إلى عدة معوقات تحول من مشاركة الطلاب في العمل التطوعي وهي) تعارض العمل التطوعي ومواعيد الدراسة، انشغال طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بالدراسة طوال العام، واقتناع الطلاب بأن هناك تأثير سلبي للعمل التطوعي على التحصيل الدراسي). وبناءً على ذلك قدم البحث عدة توصيات يمكن من خلاله تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية غير الحكومية.
The problem of the current research has been identified in an attempt to uncover the reality of activating the culture of volunteer work among non-governmental high school students in light of contemporary cultural changes in Egypt, which can be developed among its students so that they can contribute to solving community problems and work on its progress and advancement, and to present a proposed vision, Through it, the development of a culture of volunteer work among non-governmental high school students. Consequently, the search aimed to uncover the reality of the volunteer work culture among non-governmental high school students, to reveal the most important requirements for non-governmental secondary schools to develop and to activate the volunteer work culture among their students, and to achieve this, the search went through a set of procedures, and was the preparation of a theoretical framework. It included the following: • General framework for research. • Contemporary cultural changes and their repercussions on the culture of volunteer work. • The intellectual and philosophical framework for the culture of volunteer work in non-governmental secondary schools. • The reality of the volunteer work culture among non-governmental high school students in Egypt. This was followed by the preparation of the field study, in which the search tool (questionnaire) was prepared and applied to a sample of managers, agents, teachers, supervisors of activity and students at non-governmental secondary schools in Sohag Governorate. The search reached a set of results, the most important of which are: • The lack of classroom and extra-curricular activities in non-governmental secondary schools that encourage students to volunteer work. • The lack of academic subjects that deal with volunteer work, its importance, and fields. Lack of student participation in volunteer work in society. • Poor awareness of teachers for students about the concept of volunteer work, its importance, fields, and role in solving societal problems. • The school does not organize volunteer programs for students in the surrounding community, such as literacy, and the lack of a community partnership between non-governmental secondary schools and voluntary community institution. • The school's failure to provide its students with appropriate training for their volunteer interests, and the school's lack of organizing field visits to volunteer institutions to find out their goals and efforts. The search also found several obstacles that shift from student participation in volunteer work, which is opposed to volunteer work and study dates, high school students preoccupation with studying throughout the year, and students’ conviction that there is a negative impact of volunteer work on academic achievement. Accordingly, the search presented a proposed vision through which to develop a culture of volunteer work among non-governmental high school students.
