المستخلص: Linguistic value is a central concept in the theory of Saussure, as it proved that language is based on a system of pure values. Every word does not have a meaning only, but has a value within its system because of its relations with its linguistic environment, that is, with the words before and after it. This research aims to reveal the phonetic values and their characteristics in the Arabic language, based on the question posed by it as follows: Are Arabic phonetic studies scientific, especially in the concepts that are dealt with, such as letters, vowels, accentuations, and others? Did Arabic scholars know the concept of the system at the theoretical level (closed system) and the application level? (open system)? Are these results that they reached parallel or close to the results of modern linguistics? The answer to these questions is the most important axes of this research, which will be accompanied by the internal working mechanisms of the auditive system of the Arabic language. إن القيمة اللسانية مفهوم مركزي في النظرية السوسيرية، حيث أثبت أن اللغة مبنية على نظام من القيم البحتة، فكل كلمة لا تملك دلالة فقط بل تملك قيمة داخل نظامها بسبب علاقاتها بمحيطها اللغوي، أي بما قبلها وبعدها من الكلمات. وهذا البحث يريد الكشف عن القيم الصوتية وخصائصها في اللغة العربية انطلاقا من الإشكالية التي يطرحها على النحو التالي: هل الدراسات الصوتية العربية علمية، خاصة في المفاهيم التي تناولتها كالحرف والحركات والنبر وغيرها؟. وهل كان علماء العربية يعرفون مفهوم النظام على المستوى النظري (النظام المغلق) ومستوى التطبيق (النظام المفتوح)؟. وهل هذه النتائج التي توصلوا إليها توازي أو تقارب نتائج اللسانيات الحديثة؟. إن الإجابة على هذه التساؤلات هي أهم محاور هذا البحث والتي ستكون مشفوعة بآليات العمل الداخلية للنظام الصوتي للغة العربية.

La valeur linguistique est un concept central en théorie saussurienne, celui-ci a prouvé que la langue est basée sur un système de valeurs pures, chaque mot n'a pas seulement une signification, mais elle a sa propre valeur en raison de son leur environnement linguistique. Ce travail cherche à révéler les valeurs sonores et leurs caractéristiques en langue arabe à partir de la problématique posée par: Les études sonores arabes sont-elles scientifiques, en particulier dans les concepts qui les traitent tels que les phonèmes, les voyelles, les mots, etc.? Les scientifiques arabes connaissaient-ils le concept du système au niveau théorique (système Fermé (close) et au niveau d'application (système ouvert)? Ces résultats sont-ils comparables aux résultats de la linguistique moderne? La réponse à ces questions est l'axe le plus important de cette recherche, qui sera accompagné par les mécanismes de travail internes du système de la langue arabe.
