المستخلص: هناك نوع من البحوث فرض وجوده في الدراسات النحوية الحديثة، همه الرجوع إلى المصدر الأول الذي نهل منه العلماء الأصوليون، بغية إعادة النظر في تعامل النحاة الأوائل مع الأدلة النحوية، وذلك لأن العلماء الأصوليين كان مبنى عملهم على الاجتهاد في استنباط الأصول، فهم إن كانوا قد أصابوا في أشياء كثيرة فمن الممكن أن يجانبوا الصواب في أشياء أخرى، وقد يكون فاتهم من الكتب النحوية ما هو أهل لاستخلاص أصول الاستدلال منه، فكان من المفيد أن نرجع إلى تراثنا النحوي بغية استنطاقه، ومحاولة الوقوف على بعض ما ينطوي تحته، فجاء هذا البحث محاولا إبداء صورة عن أصل القياس النحوي، وذلك كما جاء عند ابن ولاد في كتابه "الانتصار لسيبويه على المبرد".

There is a kind of research that has imposed itself in modern grammatical studies, its concern is to refer to the first source from which fundamentalist resort, in order to reconsider the early grammarians' treatment of grammatical evidence, but If fundamentalist have succeeded in many things, they may be wrong in others. And they may have missed, from some grammatical books, what deserves the extraction of the fundamentals of the Inference. It was useful to go back to our grammatical heritage in order to study it, and to try to stand on some of what is underneath it, this research came in an attempt to give a picture of the fundamentals of the interference; in IBN WALLAD book, appointed "AL INTISSAR LI SIBAWAYH ALA Al-MOBARRID", in order to reveal two important things: First: to have an idea about the perception IBN WALLAD of the grammar total evidence, both in terms of concepts and types or in terms of conditions and controls. Second: to know how IBN WALLAD has used these theoretical assets in his response to Al- MOBARRID, and to compare them with the assets of ancient grammarians who contributed to the care of the fundamentals of grammatical inference.
