| 520 | |b The aim of this article is to conduct a comparative analysis of performance between public and private Algerian companies, and this on the basis of a sample of 100 companies (50 private and 50 public) observed in 2009 2012. The result of our study demonstrates that the overall Algerian private companies realize a level of performance superior to that of public companies. We also concluded our work in the form of ownership of Algerian companies is not the only determinant of their performance Our study analyzes the existence of other determinants (investment, dividend, debt ratio) having an impact on the improvement or deterioration of the performance of Algerian companies. | ||
| 520 | |d L’objectif de notre article est d’effectuer une analyse comparative de la performance d’un échantillon composé de 100 entreprises algériennes (50 entreprises privées et 50 entreprises publiques) observées de 2009-2012. Les résultats de notre étude démontrent globalement que les entreprises privées algériennes réalisent un niveau de performance supérieure à celui des entreprises publiques. Nous avons également conclu dans notre travail que la forme de propriété des entreprises algériennes n’est pas le seul déterminant de leurs performances. Notre étude analyse l’existence de d’autres déterminants (investissement, distribution de dividendes, taux d’endettement) ayant un d’un impact sur l’amélioration ou la détérioration de la performance des entreprises algériennes. | ||
