العديد من الدراسات تدعم فرضية الأداء المتفوق للملكية الخاصة. ولهذه الورقة هدفين، الأول هو مقارنة أداء المؤسسات العامة مع أداء المؤسسات الخاصة، والثاني هو تحليل أثر الخصخصة على أداء المؤسسات العامة التي تمت خصخصتها. وتظهر دراستنا التفوق العام لشكل الملكية الخاصة وأيضا وجود تأثير إيجابي للخصخصة على أداء المؤسسات العامة التي تمت خصخصتها. Several studies support the hypothesis of the superior performance of private property. The aim of this paper is twofold, the first is to compare the performance of public companies with those of private companies and the second is to analyze the impact of privatization on the performance of privatized companies. Our study shows the superiority of the private form and the existence of a positive impact of privatization on the performance of privatized companies. Plusieurs recherches soutiennent l'hypothèse de la supériorité de la performance de la propriété privée. L'objectif de notre article est double, le premier est de comparer la performance des entreprises publiques avec celles des entreprises privées et le deuxième est d'analyser l'impact de la privatisation sur la performance des entreprises privatisées. Notre étude montre globalement une supériorité de la forme privée et l'existence d'un impact positif de la privatisation sur la performance des entreprises privatisées. |
