المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى إخوة المعاقين عقليا، وعلاقتها بكل من متغير نوع الإعاقة، جنس الأخ العادي، جنس الأخ المعاق عقليا، سن الأخ العادي، سن الأخ المعاق، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 90 أخا وأختا للمعاقين عقليا بمراكز المعاقين على مستوى ولاية الشلف، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية.
اعتمدت الدراسة على استبيان الضغوط النفسية لفريدريش، غرينبرغ، وكرنيك Friedrich, Greenberg(1983)&Crnic.
أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى مرتفع من الضغوط النفسية لدى إخوة المعاقين عقليا فيما يتعلق بالمقياس ككل، أما بالنسبة للأبعاد، تم إيجاد مستوى منخفض من الضغوط نفسية لبعد المشاكل الوالدية والأسرية والعجز البدني، فيما كان هناك مستوى مرتفع في الضغوط النفسية فيما تعلق ببعدي التشاؤم وخصائص الطفل المعاق. توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى وجود فروق في مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى الإخوة العاديين تبعا لمتغير نوع الإعاقة العقلية، سن الأخ العادي، فيما لم توجد فروق دالة في مستوى الضغوط النفسية تبعا لمتغير جنس الأخ العادي، جنس المعاق عقليا، سن المعاق عقليا، مناقشة هذه النتائج في إطار الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة وكذا خصائص عينة الدراسة.

Cette étude a pour but de mettre en exergue le niveau du stress chez des fréres handicapés mentaux en relation avec certaines variables en l’occurrence la nature de l’handicap ainsi que la variable sexe par rapport au frère normal ainsi que celui handicapé, aussi l’age du frère normal, et le frère handicapé.
Cette étude est descriptive de part sa nature d’où l’obligation de recourir a une analyse descriptive, l’échantillon de l’étude est composé de 90 frères et soeurs handicapés choisis par la population d étude au niveau du centre pour handicapés de chlef. Aussi au cours de cette étude nous avons appliqué le test de Crnic&Friedrich, Greenberg(1983).
Les résultats ont démontré un niveau élevé du stress chez les frères handicapés a travers le test dans son ensemble. Et par rapport au différentes dimensions, on a trouvé que le stress est moindre cela est du certainement à l’éloignement des parents et leurs problémes, en revanche le stress est élevé en fonction de la variable désespoir et caractéristiques de l’enfant handicapé. Cette étude est arrivé a démontrer aussi qu’il y avait des différences au niveau du stress chez les frères normaux en fonction également de la variable nature de l’handicap et l’agedu frère normal. En revanche il n’existe pas de différence significatives du stress en fnction de la variable sexe chez l’enfant normal, et son sex.


The current study aimed to know the level of psychological stress among the siblings of mentally handicapped, and its relationship with the various type of disability, the gender of the normal sibling, the gender of the mentally handicapped sibling, the age of the normal sibling, the age of the handicapped sibling. The study used the descriptive approach. The study was conducted on a sample of 90 brothers and sisters of the mentally handicapped in the centers for the handicapped at the level of the state of Chlef, who were chosen randomly.
The study was based on the psychological stress questionnaire of Friedrich, Greenberg (1983) & Crnic.
The results showed a high level of psychological stress among the siblings of the mentally handicapped with regard to the scale as a whole. As for dimensions, a low level of psychological stress was found following parental and family problems and physical incapacity, while there was a high level of psychological stress in relation to the dimensions of pessimism and characteristics of the disabled child. The study also found that there are differences in the level of psychological stress among ordinary siblings according to the variable of the type of mental disability, and the age of the normal sibling, while there were no significant differences in the level of psychological stress according to the variable of the gender of the normal brother, the gender of the mentally disabled, the age of the mentally disabled, the discussion of these results in the framework of the theoretical aspect and previous studies as well as the characteristics of the study sample.
