هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى إخوة المعاقين عقليا، كما هدفت إلى معرفة الفروق في مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى إخوة الأطفال المعاقين عقليا تبعا لنوع الإعاقة العقلية، جنس الأخ العادي، جنس الطفل المعاق عقليا، سن الأخ العادي، سن الأخ المعاق عقليا. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 90 أخا وأختا للمعاقين عقليا بمراكز المعاقين على مستوى ولاية الشلف، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عرضية. اعتمدت الدراسة على مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية الذي أعده "جيروزيليم وشفارتسر" "Jerusalem and Schwarzer" (1986) وترجمة سامر جميل رضوان. أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى مرتفع من الكفاءة الذاتية لدى إخوة المعاقين عقليا، وكذا عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى إخوة الأطفال المعاقين عقليا تبعا لنوع الإعاقة العقلية، وجنس الأخ العادي، وجنس المعاق عقليا، وسن الأخ العادي، فيما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية تبعا لسن المعاق عقليا، وقد تم مناقشة هذه النتائج في ضوء خصائص عينة الدراسة وكذا الدراسات السابقة.
This study aimed to know the level of Self-Efficacy Expectations among sibling with an intellectual disability, Also aim To know the differences in the level of the Self- Efficacy Expectations among sibling with an intellectual disability depending on the type of mental disability, the sex of the normal brothers, the gender of the mentally disabled child, the age of the normal brothers, the age of mentally disabled brother. The sample of the study consisted of 90 sibling intellectual disability from the, Mentally Retarted Children Pedagogical Center‘ in chlef state. The researchers used he Generalized Self-Efficacy Expectations Scale. The results showed a high level of Self- Efficacy Expectations among sibling with an intellectual disability, as well as the absence of differences in Self-Efficacy Expectations in sibling with an intellectual disability depending on the type of mental disability, the gender of the normal brother, the gender of the mentally disabled. The study found that there were differences in the level of self-efficacy according to the age of the mentally disabled. These results were discussed in light of the characteristics of the study sample as well as previous studies.
