المستخلص: The revelation of the crisis of Arab thought from within (the adoption of politics in the Arab mind) is more clearly evident in the act of breakthrough operations, the rule of species selection, and the theory of survival of the fittest and the strongest, imposed by the wave of globalization (disturbing the value system, directing the imagination, stereotyping taste, molding behavior, disrupting the effectiveness of the national / cultural mind) on those who abandon it and then it throws them in the trash of history. So, is the Arab intellectual able to take the challenge in order to preserve his pure and authentic identity within the framework of an adversarial system that pushes strongly towards fragmentation, dispersal and departure to link individuals and groups to a world with no home , no nation, and no state? What are his directions and challenges in all of this?

Un intellectuel est une personne dont l'activité repose sur l'exercice de l'esprit, qui s'engage dans la sphère publique pour faire part de ses analyses, de ses points de vue sur les sujets les plus variés ou pour défendre des valeurs, qui n'assume généralement pas de responsabilité directe dans les affaires pratiques1, et qui dispose d'une forme d'autorité. L'intellectuel est une figure contemporaine distincte de celle plus ancienne du philosophe qui mène sa réflexion dans un cadre conceptuel.

إن الكشف عن أزمة الفكر العربي من الداخل (تبنين السياسي في العقل العربي)، يتجلى لنا بشكل أوضح في فعل عمليات الاختراق وسيادة اصطفاء الأنواع ونظرية البقاء للأصلح والأقوى، التي فرضتها موجة العولمة (التشويش على نظام القيم، توجيه الخيال، تنميط الذوق، قولبة السلوك، تعطيل فاعلية العقل الوطني/ القومي) على أولئك الذين يتخلون عن ركبها فترميهم في نفايات التاريخ إذن المثقف العربي هل قادر على المراهنة من أجل الحفاظ عل هويته الصافية والنقية في إطار نظام خصم يدفع بقوة إلى التفتيت والتشتيت والإفراغ ليربط الأفراد والجماعات بعالم اللا وطن واللا أمة واللا دولة؟ ما توجهاته وتحدياته في كل ذلك؟
