المستخلص: يعتبر القاضي النعمان واحدا من كبار الإسماعيلية إن لم يكن أبرزهم على الإطلاق، باعتبار أنه من وضع الأسس الفقهية للمذهب الذي تتبعه أقلية مقارنة بالأغلبية المالكية بإفريقية، وقد ساهم تقلده لمناصب عدة أثناء خدمته للخلفاء الفاطميين الأربعة الأوائل في أن ذاع صيته بين معاصريه، وأن يصبح مرجعا لأتباع المذهب من بعده، كما يجدر الذكر بأن النعمان لم يبتعد كثيرا في المسائل الفقهية عما ورد في الموطأ، ربما بحكم البيئة المالكية التي عاش فيها، أما ما تعلق بمؤلفاته في المسائل العقدية التي ارتكزت على الإمامة فقد كانت ميدانا للجدل والمناظرة مع معاصريه من كبار المالكية، وفي الأخير نشير إلى أننا اعتمدنا في هذا المقال على مؤلفات النعمان وأهم المتخصصين في هذا المجال أمثال فرهاد دفتري وهينز هالم وفيضي وغيرهم.

Qazi al-Numan is one of the leading figures of Ismailia, if not the most prominent among all, given the fact that he laid the doctrinal foundations of the school followed by a minority compared to the majority of the followers of the Maliki school of jurisprudence in Africa. His holding of several positions during his service to the first four Fatimid caliphs contributed to making him famous among his contemporaries and to becoming a reference for the followers of the faith who came after him. It should also be mentioned that al-Numan did not move far away in jurisprudence matters from what was stated in Mua'tta and this is perhaps because of the Maliki environment in which he lived. However, the doctrinal matters were based on the Imamat, and it was a field of controversy and debate with his leading Maliki contemporary scholars. Finally, we note that in this article, we have relied on the works of Numan and the most important specialists in this field, such as Farhad Daftari, Hinz Halem, Faidhi, and others.
