The manuscript has multiple copies worldwide, including eight indexed copy each and each hewn, and to adopt a copy of the national library in Rabat and a copy of the of Z?ouia emz?ouia the fact that the first has a full papers and the second is rare, the author has provided a picture could be described as integrated Pharmacy and medical, botanic in the Maghreb and multiple treatment methods based on ""Materia medica"" and foods and even reciting and incantations. The manuscript represents a transitional period whether Hammadid dynasty and Almohad once or Almohad and Marinid dynasty. It is collected can be described as a veteran practitioner, and in all cases the period of Maghreb unity under the banner of the Almohad. This presentation is an attempt to publicize this manuscript for the purpose of study after collecting all copies worldwide."
