|a يلقي هذا المقال بظلاله على قضية هامة يحتاجها ثلة من الناس في حياتهم اليومية وحتى المهنية، ألا وهي آليات الإلقاء التي يجب أن تتوافر في الملقي. فالأستاذ يحتاج إليها في تقديم دروسه ومحاضراته، والإمام لا يستغني عنها في خطبته وكذا السياسي، والمحامي في مرافعاته...إلخ، والمقصود بآليات الإلقاء تلك الخصائص والمهيئات التي يجب أن تتوافر في المتكلم قبل أن يبدأ عملية الإلقاء أمام المستمعين، والتي حصرتها في أربع: النفسية، والعضوية، والثقافية، والتقنية. فالموهبة لا تنفع إذا كان جهاز النطق متضررا، وكلاهما لا ينفعان دون ثقافة وكلهم لا يكتملون دون معرفة تقنيات فن الإلقاء.

|b This article presents an important topic that some people need it in their daily life and even in their professional one. His the one if mechanism of speech, that is to say how to present your information. A teacher needs this mechanism to present his lessons and his lectures; even the “imam” needs it in his religious speech as well as the politician and the lawyer. By the expression “mechanism of speech” we mean those characteristics that should existent the speaker before he starts presenting his speech in front of his listeners. The latter eon be restricted in the following four categories: psychological; organic; cultural and technical. So, to be talented can’t be useful if the mechanism of speech is ill and of course both of their can’t be useful without culture and all of their can’t do anything without a good knowledge of the art of speech.
