المستخلص: The main purpose of the research work is to investigate the role and impact of Higher Educational Institutions (HEI’s) and Social Media in disseminating Social Insurance Culture by considering both primary and secondary data in Sultanate of Oman. The dataset for the project was collected from Omani employee employed in various level of the organization with a total questionnaire consisting of 312 by eliminating incomplete and irrelevant questionnaire. The questionnaire were distributed and collected through face to face interaction, survey method and Structured Multifactor Questionnaire (SMQ). The study also consists of various data visualization and statistical techniques like Cronbach Alpha, Correlation Matrix, Multiple Regression, Exploratory Factor Analysis (Principal Component Analysis), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using Tableau Public, IBM SPSS 26, Eviews and AMOS with valid inference to arrive meaningful conclusion. The result of the study conclude that social media plays a dominant role in the society and serves as an important elements of education. Hence, the usage of social media should be a balanced approach should be applicable in using social media application.
