المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى توضيح مدى كفاءة استخدام بعض غرز الكروشيه كخيوط لإنتاج نسيج من التريكو اليدوي واستخدامه في تنفيذ ملابس ومكملات للطفل في مرحلة المهد لمريض الحساسية توفر الأمان والراحة، وتكمن أهمية البحث في إثراء مجال الكروشيه والتريكو اليدوي من خلال استحداث نسيج جديد والمساهمة في حل المشاكل الصحية للملابس والمكملات المنتجة من التريكو اليدوي والكروشيه بخيوط الصوف، واتبع البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتجريبي، واشتملت أدواته على (استبيان لتقييم العينات المنفذة واختيار مسمى للغرز، استبيان لتقييم المنتجات المنفذة (ملابس للطفل في مرحلة المهد من سنة لسنتين) من قبل المحكمين المتخصصين، استبيان آراء الأمهات نحو المنتجات المنفذة بعد استخدامها لمدة شهر)، وفى النهاية توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المنفذة في تحقيق الجانب الجمالي والجانب الوظيفي والجانب الابتكاري والجانب التقني وفقا لآراء المتخصصين، وبعد ذلك قدم البحث مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات يمكن تضافر الجهود البحثية لتطوير مستوى جودة الأداء الوظيفي لملابس الأطفال مما يساهم في تطوير جودة المنتجات النسيجية المصرية للمنافسة العالمية.

The current research aims to clarify the efficiency of the use of some crochet stitches as threads to produce a hand- knitting Fabric and its use in carrying out clothes and accessories for the cradle stage child with allergies in order to provide them with safety and comfort, and the importance of the research lies in enriching the field of crochet and hand knitting by creating a new fabric in addition to contributing to solving health problems of clothes and accessories produced from hand knitting and crochet with wool yarn, and the current research followed the descriptive analytical approach and experimental approach, and its tools included (a questionnaire for evaluating the carried out samples and choosing a name for stitches, a questionnaire for evaluating the carried out products (clothes for the child in the cradle stage of one to two years) by specialized arbitrators, a questionnaire of mothers' opinions about the carried out products after using them for a month), and at the end, the research has found the following results: There are statistically significant differences between the designs carried out in the context of achieving the aesthetic aspect, the functional aspect, the innovative aspect, and the technical aspect according to the opinions of specialists. After that, the research presented a set of results and recommendations which concluded that research efforts can be combined to develop the quality level of the functional performance of children's clothes which contributes to developing the quality of Egyptian textile products to global competition.
