المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على التفكير الاستراتيجي لممارسة المراهقين العمل التطوعي وعلاقته بإدارة التحاور الأسري لديهم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم إعداد أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في أولا: استمارة البيانات العامة للمراهق وأسرته، ثانيا: استبيان التفكير الاستراتيجي لممارسة المراهقين العمل التطوعي بمحاوره (التفكير التشخيصي، التفكير التخطيطي، التفكير المجرد، التفكير الشمولي)، ثالثًا: استبيان إدارة التحاور الأسري بأبعاده (التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقييم)، وقد تم تطبيق هذه الأدوات على (193) طالب وطالبة، في المرحلة العمرية من 12 سنة إلى 15 سنة بالصف الأول والثاني والثالث الإعدادي تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية غرضية من مدارس المرحلة الإعدادية من محافظتي القاهرة والجيزة، وذو مستويات اقتصادية واجتماعية مختلفة ويشترط أن يكون الطالب مقيم في أسرة مستقرة وتم اختيارهن بطريقة مشروطة من المنتمين لأسر متكاملة الأركان (أب وأم وأبناء) ومن المقيمين في محافظتي القاهرة والجيزة، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01) بين المراهقين عينة البحث الأساسية في الاستجابات لاستبيان التفكير الاستراتيجي للمراهق بمحاوره (التفكير التشخيصي، التفكير التخطيطي، التفكير المجرد، التفكير الشمولي) تبعًا لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، محل الإقامة، عمل الأم، المستوى التعليمي للأب، المستوى التعليمي للأم، متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة) كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين المراهقين عينة البحث الأساسية في الاستجابات لاستبيان أبعاد إدارة التحاور الأسري تبعًا لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة لصالح الإناث، لصالح أبناء الحضر، أبناء عاملات، المستوى التعليمي المرتفع للوالدين، فئة الدخل الشهري الأعلى، كذلك اتضح وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية تراوحت بين (0,05)، (0,01) بين محاور استبيان التفكير الاستراتيجي وبين استبيان ممارسة المراهقين العمل التطوعي وبين استبيان إدارة التحاور الأسري. كما وجد أن المستوى التعليمي للأب هو العامل الأكثر تأثيرًا في تفسير التباين في التفكير الاستراتيجي للمراهق بنسبة (80%)، كما وجد أن محل الإقامة هو العامل الأكثر تأثيرًا في ممارسة المراهقين العمل التطوعي بنسبة (87%)، كما وجد أن المستوى التعليمي للأم هو العامل الأكثر تأثيرًا في إدارة التحاور الأسري بنسبة (83%). وتوصي الدراسة بأهمية تفعيل دور خريجي قسم إدارة مؤسسات الأسرة والطفولة بتنظيم ندوات ومحاضرات تثقيفية داخل الحرم الجامعي-من خلال التنسيق مع وزارة التعليم العالي والجامعات لغرس وترسيخ قيم المواطنة والعمل التطوعي في نفوس المراهقين وذلك لبناء شخصية متوازنة متكاملة قادرة على المشاركة الفعالة في بناء المجتمع وتطويره.

The current research aims to identify the strategic thinking of adolescents' volunteer work and its relationship to managing their family dialogue. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the study tools were prepared, represented in first: a general data form for the adolescent and his family, second: a questionnaire of strategic thinking for a teenager with its axes (diagnostic thinking, planning thinking, abstract thinking, holistic thinking), third: a questionnaire Family dialogue management with its dimensions (planning, implementation, evaluation), and these tools have been applied to (193) students, in the age group from 12 years to 15 years in the first, second and third preparatory grades, they were chosen in an intentional and purposeful manner from middle school schools from the governorates of Cairo And Giza, and have different economic and social levels, and it is required that the student resides in a stable family. Statistical significance at the level of (01,0) among adolescents, the main research sample in responses to the strategic thinking questionnaire of the adolescent with its axes (diagnostic thinking, planning thinking, Abstract thinking, holistic thinking) according to the difference in the study variables (gender, place of residence, mother's work, the educational level of the father, the educational level of the mother, the average monthly income of the family), and it was found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (01,0) among adolescents. The basic research sample in the responses to the questionnaire on the dimensions of family dialogue management according to the different study variables in favor of females, in favor of urban children Children of workers, the parents ’high educational level, the higher monthly income group. It was also evident that there was a statistically significant correlation between (05.0) and (01.0) between the axes of the strategic thinking questionnaire and the questionnaire of adolescents’ volunteer work practice and the dialogue management questionnaire Captive. It was also found that the educational level of the father is the most influential factor in explaining the difference in the strategic thinking of the adolescent by (80%), and it was found that the place of residence is the most influential factor in the practice of volunteer work by adolescents by (87%), and it was also found that the educational level of the mother is The most influential factor in managing family dialogue (83%). The study recommends the importance of activating the role of graduates of the Department of Family and Childhood Institutions Management by organizing educational seminars and lectures on campus - through coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education and universities to instill and consolidate the values of citizenship and volunteer work in the hearts of adolescents in order to build a balanced, integrated personality capable of effective participation in building and developing society.
