المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع منهج الإمام القرطبي في تفسيره (الجامع لأحكام القرآن) ومصادره فيه ومكانة التفسير عند المفسرين وذلك يهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على التعريف بالمنهج، وبيان مكانة تفسير القرطبي بين التفاسير القرآنية وعند المفسرين، والوقوف على المصادر التي اعتمدها القرطبي في تفسيره، إذ خلصت الدراسة إلى أن القرطبي لجأ إلى المفاضلة والترجيح بين الأقوال ويختار القول الذي تؤيده الأدلة والقرائن من أقوال الصحابة، أو التابعين أو المفسرين؛ وركزت الدراسة على بيان أهمية تفسير القرطبي فيمن جاء بعده؛ إذ أضاف بتأليفه لبنة صلبة في بناء المدرسة الإسلامية التي أنجبت كبار العلماء وجهابذة المنكرين، وأساطين العلم والمعرفة الذين أسهموا بدور عظيم في تقدم الإنسانية وإزدهارها. كما أوصى الدارسين إلى تقسيم هذه الشواهد الشعرية على حسب علومها البلاغية فشواهد علم المعاني، وشواهد علم البيان وشواهد علم البديع كي يسهل على الباحث على الوصول إلى هدفه من أقرب طريق، وأيسر سبيل حتى تتضح أمامه الرؤيا ليهتدي إلى ما يريد.

This study dealt with the topic of Imam Al-Qurtubi's approach to his interpretation (the provisions of the Qur’an) and its sources, and the situation of interpretation among the interpreters. This research aims to shed light on the definition of the approach, to clarify the position of the interpretation of Al-Qurtubi among the Qur’anic interpretations and among the interpreters, and to identify the sources adopted by Al-Qurtubi in his interpretation, as the study concluded that Al-Qurtubi resorted to variabilty and Moreover, the study concluded that Al-Qurtubi resorted to the variability through comparing and contrasting different views with the information of targeting the view that holds strong validity, weighting between the sayings and chooses the statement that the evidence and support from the sayings of the companions, or the followers or interpreters; The study focused on explaining the importance of the interpretation of Al-Qurtubi in the one who came after him; As he added, by writing a solid building in the Islamic school, which gave birth to the most prominent scholars and deniers of denial, and the masters of knowledge and knowledge who contributed a great role in the progress and prosperity of humanity. Also researcher recommended to the students to divide these poetic evidences according to their rhetorical sciences, as well as the evidences of the science of meanings, the evidences of the science of the statement , the evidences of the science of Al-Badi in order to facilitate the researcher to reach his goal from the nearest way, and the easiest way until the vision is clear before him to guide what he wants.
