|a أكدت العديد من الدراسات والبحوث في مجال الجمعيات الخيرية ضرورة الاعتماد على مفهوم جديد لإدارتها، من خلال ممارسة معايير الحوكمة بتلك المنظمات، بالتركيز على الإدارة الرشيدة لإيجاد مصداقية لهذه المنظمات في المجتمع. وقد حاولت مشكلة الدراسة الوقوف على واقع تطبيق معايير الحوكمة في الجمعيات الخيرية بمدينة الرياض، وأثر ذلك على أدائها، ومستوى تقديمها للخدمات المنوطة بها، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف التي تتمثل في التعرف على واقع وأثر تطبيق معايير الحوكمة في أداء الجمعيات الخيرية بمدينة الرياض، وأهم التحديات التي قد تواجه تطبيقها، ولتحقيق تلك أهداف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) على عينة مكونة من (165) من العاملين بالجمعيات الخيرية بمدينة الرياض، توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج منها: - أن استجابة العينة على عبارات محور "واقع تطبيق معايير الحوكمة في الجمعيات الخيرية بمدينة الرياض"، جاءت -مرتفعة (2.14 من 3)، وفي مقدمتها عقد الجمعية اجتماعات دورية بشكل سنوي أو عند الحاجة بصفة مستمرة لمناقشة أوضاع الجمعية، يليها تواجد قنوات اتصال مستمرة بين الجمعية والمستفيدين من برامجها. - أن استجابة العينة على عبارات المحور الثاني "أثر تطبيق معايير الحوكمة في الجمعيات الخيرية بمدينة الرياض"، جاءت مرتفعة (2.69 من 3) وفي مقدمتها جلب الموارد الآلية اللازمة، والالتزام بالمبادئ القانونية والأخلاقية، يليها التحديد الواضح للفئات المستفيدة من أنشطة الجمعيات الخيرية.

|b Many studies in the field of charitable societies have confirmed the need to rely on a new concept of their management, through the practice of governance standards in those organizations, with a focus on rational management to create credibility for these organizations in society. The study tried to identify the reality of the application of governance standards in charities in Riyadh, the impact on performance, and the level of provision of the services entrusted to them, through a set of objectives including identifying the reality and impact of applying governance standards on the performance of charities in Riyadh. The most important challenges that may face its application, and in order to achieve the intended goals, the descriptive analytical approach was relied on in this study, and after implementing the study tool (the questionnaire) to a sample of (165) workers in charitable societies in Riyadh, the study reached a set of results, including: -The rate of responses to the terms of the axis “The Reality of Implementing Governance Standards in Charitable Societies in Riyadh” was as high as (2.14 out of 3), foremost of which is the association holding periodic meetings on an annual basis or when needed on an ongoing basis to discuss the conditions of the association, followed by the existence of continuous communication channels between the association and the beneficiaries of its programs - The rate of responses to the phrases of the second axis "The Impact of Applying Governance Standards in Charitable Societies in Riyadh" was also high (2.69 out of 3), foremost of which is bringing the necessary automated resources, and adhering to legal and ethical principles, followed by a clear identification of the groups benefiting from the activities of charities.
