المستخلص: من المعلوم أن المنظمات النقابية أنشأت من أجل ضمان صحة وسلامة جميع أفراد الطبقة العاملة والجمهور العام العاملين في مختلف قطاعات الإنتاج وخاصة في العراق، ويعملون على تهيئة الظروف وتقديم الخدمات التي تساعد على تطوير العمل. الطبقة الاجتماعية والمهنية إلى مستوى أفضل وتحقيق هذه الأهداف من خلال تمرير قانون الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال والمنظمات النقابية لديها عدة مفاهيم والتي سنتحدث عنها عن المفهوم اللغوي والمفهوم الاصطلاحي، وبالطبع لديهم عدة أنواع سنقوم الحديث عن بالتفصيل وعن ما تهدف هذه المنظمات وكيف تكون خصائصها، أصبحت حقوق العمال قضية حيوية تمس العمال من جميع دول العالم بمختلف أشكالهم السياسية. أصبحت حقوق العمال قضية حيوية تمس العاملين في جميع دول العالم بأنظمتهم السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المختلفة، وأصبحت هذه الحقوق موضوعا مهما على المستوى المحلي والدولي. كانت المهمة الرئيسية للنقابات العمالية هي الضغط على أصحاب العمل للحفاظ على أجور العمال وتحسين ظروف العمل، ولكن مع تقدم الوقت وتطور احتياجات المجتمع وزيادة أعداد العمال، فإن النقابات لديها العديد من المهام الأخرى من أجل بناء مجتمع أفضل وتطوير علاقات في العمل. وفي النهاية أصبح التنظيم النقابي في الوقت الحاضر ضرورة اقتصادية وتنموية أساسية لجميع الدول للعمل على اتجاهات اجتماعية وسياسية مختلفة من أجل توفيرها لجميع مواطنيها، خاصة بعد أن ثبت علميا أن الازدهار الاقتصادي والتنمية الإنتاجية يتصاعدان بشكل كبير مع ارتفاع مستوى الصحة والوعي والمعيشة للطبقة العاملة وثقة متزايدة في مستقبلهم ومصير أفراد عائلتها، وهذا من الطبيعي أن تحظى قضية المنظمات النقابية في حماية حقوق العمال بأعلى مستويات الرعاية والاهتمام.

It is known that, the trade union organizations were established in order to ensure the health and safety of all members of the working class and the general public working in various production sectors in Iraq and working to create conditions and provide services that help develop the working class socially and professionally to a better level and achieve these goals By passing the Social Security Law for Workers and Union organizations have several concepts, which we will talk about the linguistic concept and the idiomatic concept, and of course they have several types that we will talk about in detail and about what these organizations aim and how their characteristics are, Worker rights have become a vital issue that touches workers of all countries of the world with their various political, economic and social systems, and these rights have become an important topic at the local and international level. The main task of trade unions was to pressure employers to maintain workers’ wages and improve working conditions, but with the progress of time and the development of society’s needs and the increase in the numbers of workers, unions have many other tasks in order to build a better society and develop work relationships. In the end Trade union organization has become at the present time an essential economic and development necessity for all countries to work different social and political trends in order to provide them to all their citizens, especially after it has been scientifically proven that economic prosperity and productive development are escalating exponentially with the elevation of the level of health, awareness and livelihood of the working class and with growing confidence in their future and the fate of individuals Her family, and this is natural for the issue of trade union organizations in protecting workers' rights to receive the highest levels of care and attention.
