المستخلص: توسعت الحركة الإصلاحية بالجزائر إبان فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي، وشملت مختلف مناحي الحياة بما فيها الأدب، فكان الشعر من أهم أسلحة الفكر الإصلاحي ووسيلة لليقظة الدينية. وكان الشاعر (محمد العيد آل خليفة) من أبرز شعرائها الذين دافعوا عن مقومات الشعب الجزائري وعن مبادئ الدين الإسلامي، فجاء شعره معلماً ومرشداً ومنوراً للعقول، ودرعاً واقياً في وجه البدع والخرافات التي عمل المستعمر على نشرها. ويحاول هذا المقال رصد مختلف الإنجازات التي حققها شعره، وتتبع إسهاماته في تحقيق البنية الإصلاحية على جميع الأصعدة.

Le mouvement de la réforme s’est propagé en Algérie durant le colonialisme, touchant à touts les domaines de vie et même la littérature. La poésie était l’un des plus importantes armes de la pensé réformatrice et de la vigilance religieuse. Le poète Mouhammed El Aid Al Khalifa était l’un des plus éminents poètes qui ont défendu les principes du peuple algérien ainsi que ceux de la religion islamique. Sa poésie était une lumière qui guide et éduque les pensées et un bouclier protecteur face aux hérésies et superstitions que le colonialiste a toujours taché de les annoncer. Cet article à pour but d’observer les différentes réalisations de sa poésie et de suivre ses contributions dans la constitution de la réforme dans touts les domaines.
