المستخلص: Cette étude vise à approcher de plus près le concept de la technologie de l’information et de la communication (TIC) ainsi que ses différents composants, et aborder les concepts théoriques de la performance financière ainsi que le concept des petites et moyennes entreprises; de plus pouvoir mettre en évidence la contribution de l'utilisation des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans l’amélioration de la performance financière du point de vue des gestionnaires en abordant l'étude sur terrain des petites et moyennes entreprises dans la wilaya de Batna. L'étude a pu trouver un certain nombre de résultats, dont les plus importants sont: une forte corrélation entre la variable indépendante de l'utilisation des TIC et la variable dépendante de la performance financière.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، والتطرق إلى المفاهيم النظرية للأداء المالي والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وإبراز مساهمة استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين الأداء المالي من وجهة نظر المديرين من خلال التطرق إلى دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية باتنة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين المتغير المستقل المتمثل في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والمتغير التابع المتمثل في الأداء المالي.

The aims of this study is to identify the nature of information and communication technology, to address theoretical concepts of financial performance and small and medium enterprises, and to highlight the contribution of the use of information and communication technology to improve financial performance from the point of view of managers by addressing the field study of small and medium enterprises in the state of Batna. The study found a number of results, the most important of which are: a strong correlation between the independent variable of using information and communication technology and the dependent variable of financial performance.
