المستخلص: Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence la relation entre le niveau de stress, chez les infirmiers de l'hôpital Hakim Ibn Zohre à Guelma, et les stratégies de confrontation. Nous allons essayer d'identifier le niveau de stress chez ces infirmiers pour ensuite déterminer la densité et la nature de ces corrélations entre le stress de travail et les stratégies. Nous avons obtenu les résultats suivants: - La présence d'un niveau très élevé de stress au travail chez les infirmiers. - La présence d'une corrélation positive entre les stratégies d'affrontements basées sur le problème et le stress au travail. - En ce qui concerne le stress au travail, il existe des différences statistiquement significatives, entre les infirmiers utilisant des stratégies de confrontation basées sur l'émotion et ceux qui recourent à des stratégies basées sur le problème, au profit de l'utilisation des stratégies de confrontation basées sur l'émotion.

يهدف البحث التالي إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستوى الإجهاد واستراتيجيات المواجهة لدى الممرضين بمستشفى الحكيم ابن زهر قالمة-، وعليه سنحاول التعرف على مستوى الإجهاد لدى الممرضين، ثم الكشف عن مدى الارتباط بين استراتيجيات المواجهة ومستوى الإجهاد، وعن طبيعته. وقد تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: - وجود مستوى مرتفع من الإجهاد المهني لدى الممرضين. - وجود علاقة موجبة بين استراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على الانفعال ومستوى الإجهاد المهني، في حين هناك علاقة سلبية بين استراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على المشكلة والإجهاد المهني. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإجهاد المهني بين الممرضين الذين يستخدمون استراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على الانفعال والممرضين الذين يستخدمون استراتيجيات مواجهة مركزة على المشكلة لصالح استراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على الانفعال.

This study aims at investigating the relationship between the level of stress and coping for nurses, in the hospital of Hakim Ibn Zohre, Guelma. As a consequence we will know, the level of stress for nurses and discovering the nature and these relationships between coping and level of stress. So the results are: - There is a high level of occupational stress for nurses. - There is a positive relationship between stress and coping focus of the emotion, and the negative relationship between stress and coping focus of the problem. - There are differences of statistical significance in the level of stresses among nurses, who used a coping focus of the emotion and those who used coping focus of the problem, for stress and coping focus of the emotion.
