المستخلص: Cet article vise à fournir lecture scientifique critique du rôle de l'intellectuel arabe dans le milieu des transformations sociales, qui raconte les sociétés arabes contemporaines, et a cherché à identifier les éléments de la notion de l'intellectuel arabe. Comme je l'ai essayé de raisonner ensembles et phénomène caché qui a conduit à la perte de l'intellectuel arabe à son efficacité au sein des communautés, et retourné par l'étude de la nature de la relation troublé avec laquelle son pouvoir politique, ainsi que, la tyrannie de la dimension idéologique des discours, qui a conduit à la formation de la conscience négative des questions de la société, et la contribution des médias de communication moderne pour réduire le rôle et la fonction de l'intellectuel dans l'espace public

This article aims to provide critical scientific reading of the role of the Arab intellectual in the midst of social change, which tells contemporary Arab societies, and sought to identify the elements of the concept of the Arab intellectual. As I tried to reason together and hidden phenomenon that led to the loss of the Arab intellectual to its effectiveness in the communities, and returned through the study of the nature of the troubled relationship with which its political power, and the tyranny of the ideological dimension of discourse, which led to the formation of conscience the negative issues of the company culture, and the contribution of modern communications media to reduce the role and function in the public space.

هدفت هذه المقالة العلمية إلى تقديم قراءة نقدية لدور المثقف العربي في خضم التحولات الاجتماعية، التي تخبر بها المجتمعات العربية المعاصرة، وسعت إلى تبيان عناصر مفهوم المثقف العربي. كما حاولت أن تحدد الأسباب الظاهرة والخفية التي أدت إلى فقدان المثقف العربي لفعاليته داخل المجتمعات، وأرجعتها الدراسة إلى طبيعة العلاقة المتشنجية التي تربطه بالسلطة السياسية، وكذلك، طغيان البعد الأيديولوجي على خطاباته، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تشكيل وعي سلبي للمثقف بقضايا مجتمعه، وإسهام وسائط الاتصال الحديثة في الحد من دوره ووظيفته في الفضاء العمومي.
