المستخلص: This study aims to research the issue of food industries in Algeria and highlight the role it plays in achieving economic development, considering that it can be a reliable strategic alternative to hydrocarbons in diversifying the Algerian economy, as it occupies a vital position within the industrial fabric. By following the evolution of the effects of the food industries on the overall variables of the Algerian economy, it was found that the theoretically strong relationship was not the same as the influence and strength for Algeria, where we noticed a weak contribution to the raw output, the added value, and to the operation, which made the role of food industries in achieving economic development below the level of ambitions and capabilities that abound Algeria. This prompted the Algerian authorities to adopt a new strategy by setting up a program for the development of the Algerian food industry. This abstract was translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc

Cette étude vise à examiner la question de l'industrie agro-alimentaire en Algérie et de mettre en évidence le rôle qu'elles jouent dans le développement économique, puisque elles peuvent être une alternative stratégique aux hydrocarbures fiables dans la diversification de l'économie algérienne, elles occupent une position vitale dans le tissu industriel. A travers nos suivis sur l'évolution des effets de l'industrie agro-alimentaire sur les variables macroéconomiques (globales) de l'économie algérienne, Il s'est avéré que la relation théorique solide n'était pas du même effet et puissance pour l'Algérie, où nous avons constaté une faiblesse à sa contribution au produit brut, la valeur ajoutée et dans l'emplois, ce qui a fait que le rôle de l'industrie agro-alimentaire dans la réalisation du développement économique n’arrive pas au niveau des ambitions et des capacités qui abondent en Algérie. Cela a incité les autorités algériennes à adopter une nouvelle stratégie en se confectionnant un programme visant à développer l'industrie agro-alimentaire algérienne.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في موضوع الصناعات الغذائية في الجزائر وإبراز الدور الذي تلعبه في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، على اعتبار أنها يمكن أن تكون بديلا استراتيجيا للمحروقات يعول عليه في تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري، فهي تحتل موقعا حيويا ضمن النسيج الصناعي. من خلال تتبعنا لتطور تأثيرات الصناعات الغذائية على المتغيرات الكلية للاقتصاد الجزائري، تبين أن العلاقة القوية نظريا لم تكن بنفس التأثير والقوة بالنسبة للجزائر حيث لاحظنا ضعف مساهمتها في الناتج الخام القيمة المضافة وفي التشغيل، وهو الأمر الذي جعل دور الصناعات الغذائية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية دون مستوى الطموحات والقدرات التي تزخر بها الجزائر، هذا ما دفع بالسلطات الجزائرية إلى تبني استراتيجية جديدة من خلال وضع برنامج خاص بتطوير الصناعات الغذائية الجزائرية.
