Elle incombe à ceux qui sont fidèles au travail et à l’honnêteté avec soi-même et aux autres, et s’efforcent toujours de diffuser la science et les vertus. إن التعليم هو رسالة تستمد أخلاقياتها من هدي شريعتنا ومبادئ حضارتنا وتوجب على القائمين بها أداء حق الانتماء إليها إخلاصاً في العمل وصدقا مع الذات والآخرين، وعطاءا مستمرا لنشر العلم وفضائله، لذا كان من الضروري وضع ميثاق للأخلاقيات التي تحكم هاته المهنة، ومن خلال المقال نتعرض إلى مفهوم الجامعة وأهدافها، وإلى مفهوم الميثاق والمصادر التي يستقي منها بنوده، كما نبين المبادئ العامة التي تحكمه، وفي سياق ذلك الأخلاقيات التي يتوجب اعتمادها من قبل الأستاذ الجامعي.

Education is a message that derives its ethics from the guidance of our Shariah and the principles of our civilization. It is incumbent upon those responsible to carry out the right to belonging to it while being sincere to work, true to oneself and others, and giving continuous support to the dissemination of science and its virtues. It was, therefore, necessary to establish a code of ethics governing this profession. Through the article, we refer to the concept and objectives of the university, the concept of the Charter, and the sources from which its provisions are derived. We also set out the general principles that govern it and in the context of this ethics that must be adopted by the university professor. This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
