المستخلص: Le but de cette étude est de donner une idée sur les factures principales qui influe sur l’image de professeure à l’université dans la société algérienne , la méthode adoptée dans la réalisation de cette étude s’est basée sur un sondage sur terrain d’où on a peu enregistrer les résultat important sur le mauvaise vision de professeure à l’université qui est du essentiellement à sa formation ,ses comportements, l’expérience de les anciennes étudiantes, sa statut sociale et le medias.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتطرق إلى أهم العوامل المؤثرة على مكانة الأستاذ الجامعي والتعرف على تأثيراتها من حيث الإيجاب أو السلب ولتحقيق أهدافها تم الاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي وباختيار عينة من المبحوثين المشكلين من طلبة وأساتذة وبعد إجراء الدراسة الميدانية وعرض البيانات المتحصل عليها وتحليلها تبين أن أهم العوامل التي تؤثر سلبا على مكانة الأستاذ وساهمت في تراجعها في السنوات الأخيرة هي: سلوك وممارسات الأستاذ الجامعي الذي يؤثر بدرجة كبيرة على صورته ومكانته لدى الطلبة والمجتمع باعتبارهم شريحة منه وكذلك الأمر بالنسبة لافتقار الأستاذ للتكوين الجيد وتأهيله للتدريس وأيضا لوسائل الإعلام والخبرات السابقة للطلبة القدامى دور سلبي في تراجع مكانة الأستاذ الجامعي.

The current study aims to address the most important factors affecting the status of the university professor and identify its consequences in terms of positive or negative. In order to achieve its objectives, the social survey method was adopted, and a sample of researchers formed by students and professors was selected. After conducting the field study and presenting and analyzing the data obtained, it was found that the most important factors that negatively affect the position of the professor and contribute to its decline in recent years are: the behavior and practices of a university professor that greatly affect his image and position among students and society as students are a segment of the society. The same goes well with the professor's lacking of good training, and teaching qualifications, as well as the media and past experiences of old students have a negative role in the decline of the university professor's position.
