المستخلص: Cette étude vise à se focaliser sur un secteur important et sensible, c'est le secteur de la jeunesse et leur établissements et instances représentés par les directions de la jeunesse et du sport, les centres de jeunesse et d'informations et de l'animation des jeunes, les maisons de jeunes. ces dernières sont la globalité de cette étude. En vue d'arriver à connaître la réalité de la communication dans ses deux types : communication interne et communication externe, dans le secteur de la jeunesse. Ces différents établissements et instances pratiquent-ils réellement la communication dans leurs activités et leurs travaux? sachant que les activités qu'ils font, sont orientées vers une tranche d'âge précise: celle des jeunes. de ce fait, il est nécessaire de garantir une qualité des activités et des travaux donnés aux jeunes pour assurer un service meilleur et efficace dans les cotés: psychique, éducatif, culturel, social et loisir…été.

وفي هذا الإطار سعت الدراسة إلى التركيز على قطاع هام وحساس ألا وهو قطاع الشبيبة والذي تمثلت مؤسساته وهيئاته في مديريات الشباب والرياضة ومراكز إعلام وتنشيط الشباب ودور الشباب، وبيوت الشباب وكذا الجمعيات الشبانية النشطة في الميدان، وهذا قصد الوصول إلى معرفة واقع العلاقات الاتصالية وجانبها الاتصالي في قطاع الشبيبة وهل حقيقة مؤسساته وهيأته المختلفة تطبق ميدان العلاقات الاتصالية في أنشطتها وأعمالها خصوصاً أن هذه الأنشطة المنجزة من طرفها موجهة بالدرجة الأولى وعلى وجه الخصوص إلى فئة الشباب ومنه يتبين مدى الأهمية التي يجب أن توليها لكل نشاط أو عمل تنجزه وذلك حتى تضمن الخدمة الجيدة والنافعة لهؤلاء الشباب على جميع النواحي سواء أكانت من نفسية تربوية أو ثقافية اجتماعية أو ترفيهية.. إلخ.

In this context, the study sought to focus on an important and sensitive sector, namely the youth sector, whose institutions and bodies are represented by youth and sports directorates, youth information and revitalization centers, youth roles, youth homes, as well as youth associations active in the field in order to find out the reality of communicative relations and their communication aspects in the youth sector and whether the reality of its various institutions and bodies apply the field of communicative relations in their activities and work especially since these activities carried out by them are directed primarily and especially at the youth group.
