| 520 | |b Le chercheur a déclaré que le sujet de "Difficultés à publier des revues scientifiques à l'intention des doctorants des instituts scientifiques et techniques d'activités physiques et sportives "L'étude visait à identifier les difficultés de publication dans les revues scientifiques classées et les problèmes et obstacles rencontrés par les doctorants des instituts de sciences et technologies du sport et des activités physiques lors de la publication d'articles de leurs débats et de leurs diplômes. Pour atteindre cet objectif, une approche descriptive a été adoptée et le questionnaire utilisé comme outil d’étude. L’échantillon comptait 48 étudiants au doctorat répartis dans cinq (05) instituts de sciences et technologies des activités physiques et sportives. Les membres de l'échantillon de recherche ont été choisis au hasard dans la communauté de recherche d'origine. Et il est venu à l' étude: - La plupart des doctorants de diverses disciplines de l'éducation physique et du sport rencontrent des difficultés dans l'édition scientifique - La plupart des doctorants de diverses disciplines de l'éducation physique et du sport n'ont pas encore publié d'articles - Il y a un manque total de magazines classés dans la catégorie (c) spécialisée dans les activités physiques et sportives - Il y a une grosse bureaucratie et des obstacles dans le processus de publication Pour éliminer ces difficultés dans le processus de publication scientifique, les chercheurs ont suggéré : - La nécessité de mettre à jour la liste des revues classées et acceptées pour publication scientifique conformément au grand nombre d' étudiants en doctorat arrivant à la remise des diplômes - La nécessité de prendre en compte certaines spécialités alors que la liste des magazines classés par la plupart des magazines est purement scientifique ou purement littéraire - Donner la priorité à la recherche est une valeur scientifique dans le processus de publication. La plupart des publications récentes sont réalisées de manière non légale et illégale. - Augmenter la taille et le nombre de revues scientifiques classées où la publication de l'article est acceptée pour discussion - Le ministère a la volonté de relever le seuil des doctorants dans le processus de publication - Les auteurs de revues scientifiques classées (c) et acceptés pour publication doivent observer le principe de compétence par excellence, la recherche et la modernité scientifique du sujet de recherche, sa valeur scientifique pendant la publication | ||
| 520 | |a تناول الباحثان موضوع "صعوبات النشر في المجلات العلمية لدى طلبة الدكتوراه لمعاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية "حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة صعوبات النشر في المجالات العلمية المحكمة والمصنفة (ج) والمشاكل والعراقيل التي تواجه طلبة الدكتوراه لمعاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية خلال عملية نشر مقالات مناقشتهم وتخرجهم وللوصل إلى هذا الهدف تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وقد بلغ حجم عينة البحث 48 طالب دكتوراه موزعين على خمس (05) معاهد لعلوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية حيث تم اختيار أفراد عينة البحث بطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من المجتمع الأصلي للبحث. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى: - معظم الطلبة الدكتوراه للتخصصات المختلفة للتربية البدنية والرياضية يجدون صعوبات في النشر العلمي. - جل الطلبة الدكتوراه للتخصصات المختلفة للتربية البدنية والرياضية لم ينشروا مقالات تخرجهم بعد. - هناك انعدام تام للمجلات المصنفة في الصنف (ج) المتخصصة في النشاطات البدنية والرياضية. - هناك بيروقراطية وعراقيل كبيرة في عملية النشر للقضاء على هذه الصعوبات في عملية النشر العلمي اقترح الباحثان: - ضرورة تحديث قائمة المجلات المصنفة والمقبولة للنشر العلمي بما يتماشى مع الكم الهائل لطلبة الدكتوراه المقبلين على التخرج - ضرورة مراعاة بعض التخصصات أثناء تحديث قائمة المجلات المصنفة فأغلب المجلات ذات طابع علمي محض أو أدبي خالص. - إعطاء الأولوية للبحوث ذات قيمة علمية في عملية النشر فأغلب عمليات النشر في الآونة الأخيرة تتم بطرق غير أخلاقية وغير قانونية. - توسيع حجم وعدد المجلات العلمية المصنفة التي يقبل نشر المقال فيها للمناقشة - على الوزارة الوصية رفع الغبن عن طلبة الدكتوراه في عملية النشر - يجب على القائمين على المجلات العلمية المصنفة (ج) والمقبولة للنشر مراعات مبدأ الكفاءة التميز البحث والحداثة العلمية لموضوع البحث قيمته العلمية خلال عملة النشر. | ||
| 520 | |f The researchers addressed the topic of “Difficulties of publishing in scientific journals faced by doctoral students of institutes of science and technology of physical and sports activities.” The study aims to find out the difficulties of publishing in the scientific journals classified as (c) and the problems and obstacles encountered by Ph.D. students of the institutes of science and technology of physical and sports activities during the process of publishing their discussion and graduation articles. To reach this goal, the descriptive approach has been followed. The questionnaire was used as a study tool. The research sample comprised 48 Ph.D. students distributed among five (05) institutes of science and technology of physical and sports activities, where members of the research sample were selected in a simple random manner from the original research community. The study found: - Most doctoral students of different disciplines of physical and sports education find difficulties in scientific publishing. - Most doctoral students of different disciplines of physical education and sports have not published their graduation articles yet. - There is a complete lack of journals classified in category (C) specialized in physical and sports activities. - There is bureaucracy and significant obstacles in the publishing process. To eliminate these difficulties in the scientific publishing process, the researchers suggested the following: - The need to update the list of journals classified and accepted for scientific publication in line with the great number of Ph.D. students who are about to graduate. - The need to take into account some disciplines while updating the list of classified journals. Most journals are purely scientific or literary in nature. - Giving priority to research with scientific value in the publishing process. Most recent publications are carried out in unethical and illegal ways. - Expanding the size and number of scientific journals in which the article is accepted to be published for discussion. - The ministry must eliminate the injustice faced by Ph.D. students in the publishing process. - Those responsible for scientific journals classified as (c) and accepted for publication should take into account the principle of efficiency, excellence, research, and scientific modernity of the research subject and its scientific value during the publishing process.
