|a تناولت هذه الدراسة العمل التطوعي من خلال تعريفه ونشأته، والتعرف على أنواعه ومجالاته ودوافعه وأهدافه، ثم سلطت الضوء على أبرز النظريات التربوية المتعلقة في مجال التطوع والتي كان من أهمها: النظرية البنائية والوظيفية والنظرية التبادلية ونظرية القيم ونظرية الاحتياجات لماسلو ونظرية الدور وأخيرا نظرية رأس المال الاجتماعي، وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم عدد من النتائج منها: أن التطوع من المجالات الخصبة كونه لا يقتصر على الجانب المادي، بالإضافة إلى عدة مجالاته منها ما هو اجتماعي وتربوي وصحي وبيئي. كما توصلت إلى أن كثرة المتطلبات الاجتماعية تزيد من حاجة الأعمال التطوعية.

|b This study dealt with voluntary work by defining it and its origin, identifying its types, fields, motives and objectives, then it shed light on the most prominent educational theories related to the field of volunteering, the most important of which were: the structural and functional theory, reciprocal theory, values theory, Maslow's needs theory, role theory, and finally social capital theory The study ended with presenting a number of results, including: Volunteering is one of the fertile fields as it is not limited to the financial aspect, in addition to several fields, including social, educational, health and environmental. It also found that social requirements may increase the need for volunteer works.
