المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير استثمار رأس المال البشري على أداء المصارف التجارية الأردنية العاملة في مدينة اربد من أجل تركيز المصارف على ضرورة إدارة واستثمار رأس المال البشري لديها من خلال أبعاده والمتمثلة بالمعرفة، والمهارة، والخبرة، والمعنويات والابتكار والتجديد للعاملين. بوصفه موجودا استراتيجيا يمنح تلك المصارف الميزة التنافسية من خلال تحقيقه للأداء المطلوب وتقديم الخدمات الجديدة ومن ثم زيادة حصته السوقية. لقد صممت استبانة لهذا الغرض واختيرت عينة للدراسة مؤلفة من (80) موظفا في خمسة مصارف وهي (البنك المركزي الأردني، بنك الإسكان للتجارة والتمويل، البنك العربي، بنك الأردن وبنك القاهرة عمان). توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثيرات متباينة بين الاستثمار في راس المال البشري والأداء المصرفي مرتبة حسب الأهمية وكالاتي: الابتكار والتجديد، المعرفة، الخبرات، المهارات ومعنويات العاملين، فضلا عن وجود تأثير معنوي للخصائص الشخصية على أداء المصارف التجارية حسب أهميتها وهي: العمر، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهلات العلمية. أما عامل الجنس فلم يكن دال إحصائيا. فضلا عن وجود تأثير معنوي للعمر على إدارة واستثمار رأس المال البشري، أما بقية الخصائص الشخصية فلم تكن ذات دلالة إحصائية.

This study aimed to identify the impact of human capital investment on the performance of commercial banks operating in the Jordanian city of Irbid banks to focus on the need to manage and invest human capital through its dimensions, and of the knowledge, skill, experience, morale and creativity and innovation for workers. Strategically located as granted that the banks competitive advantage achieved through the performance required providing new services and increasing market share. Questionnaire has been designed for this purpose and was selected for the study sample consisting of (180) employees in five banks namely (Jordanian Central Bank, the Housing Bank for Trade and finance, Arab Bank, Bank of Jordan and Cairo Amman Bank). The study found no effects varied between investments in human capital and banking performance in order of importance, as follows: creativity and innovation, knowledge, expertise, skills and morale of workers. As well as a moral influence of personal characteristics on the performance of commercial banks according to their importance: the age, years of experience, educational qualifications. The sex factor did not statistically significant. As well as a moral influence of age on the management and investment of human capital. The rest of the personal characteristics were not statistically significant. The study included some recommendations, including the need to focus on variables banks skills and morale of workers through intensified training courses and the introduction of new systems for knowledge management, the attempt to raise the degree of satisfaction and morale of workers through the study of living standards and work to be lifted at a commensurate cost of living.
