المستخلص: إن علم الأخلاق علم له ثقله ووزنه فهو لا يدرس مواقف سلبية، كما يفعل علم الجمال، ولا يكتفي بانفعال الباطن انفعال الاستحسان أو الاستهجان، وإنما يدفع الإنسان دفعًا إلى إحداث حركة في السلوك مؤثرة بقدر ما يطبق المرء أو يستطيع، وهذا العنصر المتميز في العملية الأخلاقية هو ما نسميه بالالتزام وليس الإلزام وحده، وهو العنصر الذي يقوم عليه بناء الأخلاق وإنما يكون هذا العنصر عديم القيمة ما لم يكن هناك إلى جواره عنصران آخران هما: المسئولية والجزاء فالكائن المسئول يكون ملزما في حدود مسئولياته من قبل الجهة التي تملك إلزامه ثم هو يسأل في حدود وقواعد معينة وفي حال تقصيره أو أدائه لمسئولياته يجب أن يوقع عليه أوله الجزاء المناسب لمدى التزامه أو تقصيره، وبالإلزام والمسئولية والجزاء يتكامل البناء الخلفي تكاملًا ذاتيًا. مصدر الإلزام الخلقي في الإسلام: إن الإسلام يركز على العقل ويهتم به غاية الاهتمام والشيء الذي يلفت النظر أن بعض المفكرين الإسلاميين قد اهتم بالعقل وركز عليه والبعض الآخر اهتم بالعاطفة وتجاوب معها فابن حزم قال: إن المنهج الإسلامي في تأسيس القواعد سواء في العقيدة أو في الفروع يعتمد على العاطفة من ناحية وعلى العقل من ناحية أخرى، فهو منهج متكامل يناسب طبائع الناس المختلفة ويناسب جملة الإنسان على العموم. فالإنسان مكون من عقل وعاطفة، والإسلام يخاطب فيه العقل ويخاطب العاطفة، فمن تغلب عقله على عاطفته وجد في القرآن الكريم والسنة المطهرة ما يلبي حاجته ومن تغلبت فيه العاطفة وجد لها في المنهج التشريعي ما يتجاوب معها، لأن المنهج الإسلامي لا يتوجه بالخطاب إلى طائفة بعينها. إن علم الأخلاق علم يدعو إلى الالتزام التام في سلوك الإنسان وحياته وتصرفاته وكذلك في أقواله وأفعاله مما يدعو الفرد والمجتمع إلى نشر الأخلاق والفضيلة بين المجتمع وهذا بسبب تفعيل الأخلاق النظرية في ضوء القرآن والسنة. والله ولي التوفيق

The science of ethics is a science that has its weight and weight as it does not study negative attitudes, as does aesthetics, and it is not satisfied with the emotion of the subconscious, the emotion of approval or disapproval, but rather pushes the person to create a movement in behavior that is effective as much as one can or can, and this distinct element in the ethical process It is what we call commitment, and obligation is not the only element on which the building of morals is based. Rather, this element is worthless unless there are two other elements next to it: 1- Liability and Punishment The responsible entity is bound within the limits of his responsibilities by the party that has his obligation, then he is asked within certain limits and rules, and in the event of his negligence or performance of his responsibilities, he or he must impose on him or him the appropriate penalty for the extent of his commitment or his shortcomings, and with the obligation, the responsible and the reward, the moral structure is fully self-integrated. The source of moral imperative in Islam: Islam focuses on the mind and cares for it with the utmost interest. The thing that draws attention is that some Islamic thinkers have focused on the mind and focused on it, while others are concerned with emotion and responded to it. Ibn Hazm said that the Islamic approach to establishing rules, whether in the creed or in the branches depends on emotion on the one hand and on the mind On the other hand, it is an integrated approach that suits the different natures of people and fits the whole human being in general. The human being is composed of intellect and emotion, and Islam in it addresses the mind and addresses the emotion, so whoever conquers his mind over his emotion finds in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah the purified one that meets his needs. The science of ethics is a science that calls for full commitment in the behavior, life and actions of man, as well as in his words and deeds, which calls on the individual and society to spread morality and virtue among society and this is due to the activation of theoretical ethics in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah.
