Cette contribution de notre part va tracer une feuille de route pour un diagnostic des déférents grands axes de la stratégie de développement des P.M.E en Algérie , ainsi que l'analyse des réalités et contraintes qui empêche ces entreprises à la création des richesses et emplois.

This endeavor will inevitably and gradually lead to the emergence of an industrial fabric with a competitive advantage at the regional and international levels.
