يعد التعليم الإلكتروني من الأساليب التعليمية الحديثة التي أخذت حيزا كبيرا من الاهتمام بين الباحثين في العالم، وخاصة على مستوى المؤسسات مهما اختلف المجال والتخصص، والملاحظ مؤخرا ظهور مفاهيم جديدة وتحديات دعت بالمسؤولين إلى النظر في العديد من القضايا، ولعل أهم ما تعيشه البشرية هو التقدم التكنولوجي الذي اجتاح جميع الأصعدة والمستويات، وظهور ما يسمى بالتعليم الإلكتروني هذا الأخير الذي يستخدم بكثرة على مستوى المؤسسات التي تريد أن تصل إلى الجودة في المنتوج، ومن هذا المنطلق سوف تحاول دراستنا تسليط الضوء على تحديات التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة الجزائرية وذلك من خلال عرض أهم العناصر المتعلقة بالتعليم الإلكتروني، وإبراز أهم التحديات التي تواجه الجامعة الجزائرية وكيف أنها تستطيع أن تصل إلى الجودة والفعالية في إنتاج موارد بشرية مميزة ذوي مهارات عالية، وبالتالي الحصول على الريادة والمكانة المرموقة بين الدول المتقدمة.

E-learning is a modern educational method in which researchers in the world have taken a great deal of interest, especially at the institutional level, regardless of the different fields and specializations. Recently, new concepts and challenges have emerged, calling for officials to consider many issues. Perhaps the most important thing that humanity is experiencing is the technological progress that has engulfed all levels and the emergence of so-called e-learning. The latter is used extensively at the level of organizations that want to achieve quality in the product. From this point of view, our study will try to highlight the challenges of e-learning at the Algerian University by presenting the most important elements related to e-learning and highlight the most important challenges facing the Algerian University. How can they achieve quality and effectiveness in producing highly skilled human resources, thus gaining leadership and prestige among developed countries?
